That's not to say Rap is solely guilty because their are Rock, Metal, and Death Metal artists that do equal amounts of damage to young impressionable minds all around the board, BUT....just as the judge in Li'l Kim's case mentioned the potential for disparity along the drawn lines of ethnic classifications, it is an appreciable factor. Lots of times, not All, but lots of times, it is the inner city urban YOUTH who can not afford the bail behind crimes they commit wrongly influenced by the convincing criminal aspects portrayed as the work of some artists.

Music is big business and artists are profitting yet there is no liability on behalf of the artists and the lives they affect through the content of their music. Where is C.DELORES TUCKER NOW, AFTER Tupac's passing? Seems like he was a primary target and HE had a counter-balance to his music. Go figure.

Listening to the wrong influential music is like driving drunk. Music artists in general no matter WHAT genre should develop consumer insurance in the event that their lyrics function as a costly liability. Look at it as deterrent to assist copyright and publishing rights. That way, if music is of questionable nature and integrity, it'll taste and feel like feces in the mouth of would be assumers and posers.

Kim was NOT true to her image and she put too much into one person or guy. Point is she DID have a heart, somewhere within her small frame. Either she should have stayed true to her image summed up on her song "Money Talks" or she should have adopted a better more wholesome or less intense image and stuck to it until she became as better as her image. It's usually easy for people to have hindsight of of the mistakes of others, that's called Wisdom.

I am having a hard time believing that all of these people are saying she should have snitched! I am assuming that most of the people saying this are young and truly don't know how the games goes. Most have learned what little they no about the game from BET and MTV and corny bullshit rappers. Let it be known since the beginning you don't even snitch on your worse enemy! That is not snitching (read Capone's article among others). kim pulled a "hoe" move with all that lying and shit when she could have just answered the fucking questions and moved on. The guys that did the shooting were already in custody, had already told of their part in the shooting and had tried to convey this to kim. That makes it kim's fault for lying after all the evidence was on the table. I just don't get how she was "keeping it real" when she was the only one who got caught up.
