Jae-P Looks Like A Cholo, but he's not wack ass Down aka Kilo

Cali MC Jae-P has quite a following in the Latin rap world and with reason. He’s one of the dudes that don’t suck. His new album Atrévete, features “Take It to the Floor” featuring Elika Crespo and was produced by Fingaaz (same cat who did “Lean Like A Cholo” but don’t hold it against him).

“Nowadays, we all need support and hope,” says Jae. “That's what I want to be for my people. I want to give them the hope that if we keep fighting we can get ahead. If it weren't for my fans, I would be nobody, so after God, I dedicate my entire album to them. My songs are not only stories about me, but also about a lot of people who come to me and tell me their experiences and give me a lot of material to keep making music.”

  OK, so this shit is just as bad as some Hurricane Chris or Solja Boy. Bottom line...not dope. Even if it is a club song.

  Production wise..Fingazz...aint that Kid Frost son??? If I recall, I read an article on dude, he is like 19 or something right. This is definitely a step up from that Lean like a Cholo shit. On some commercial shit, the beat is dope, but he shoulda helped homie on the production side of things...because this is not cracking....I'm dissapointed.

  And to the little racist ethugs....shut the fuck up already. Act like there aint bad black rappers, white rappers and every other fuking color. Open your eyes little puppets.
