    When Jay-z was trying to get on, he went through the same thing, went to every label but they all turned him away, so he started Rocafella. What JO is saying is that if these labels could miss on someone with the skills of a Jay-z, then they could e doing the same to him, so even though he felt like quitting at times he kept doing it.
