Jimmy J let allhiphop.com know the deal on a couple of thangs. But of course he’s still dancing around the real answer when asked about the Cam situation. It’s like he’s dying to say “F**k Cam” but he doesn’t let it out. Let it out, bruh, let it out.

Breakdown of the Dips:
“There’s really no breakdown in the unity in the group, it’s two brothers going at it. I know a lot of brothers that’s always beefing. With Juelz Santana nothing changed, it’s no picking sides; it’s no big divorce going on. It’s just something me and Cam is going through, everything else is still Diplomats. If people see me going hard on the ventures and on my business, that’s because that’s what you supposed to do, give it your all. Right now I got a chance to do a Byrd Gang venture and I gotta give it 150%, I gotta go hard with it. Right now Dipset is at a standstill, I gotta step on to the next thing. I always gotta make money, you understand?”
His goal with the Byrd Gang album:
“I don’t like to anticipate, I don’t like to tell the future, I don’t like to do none of that. I know one thing: just the opportunity alone that was given to us, as far as being in this game, as far as being able to put an album in stores, as far as being signed to a major label. Just to have this opportunity to sell some real records, I am grateful. And it all depends on how hard we work and how wavy we make the music. And I think we can do it. We got longevity in this game. I think each one of these artists will step out and get they own solo career going on, or the group deal. They’re capable of carrying it on, but it’s gotta be done right. I gotta bust my ass as an artist also, as Jim Jones is concerned. Because the more successful I get makes it easier for them to be successful. So we play by the rules.”

The Dips is no more...it's time to man up and move on...the Dips had their shine now it has become old news....that's the way of the world...enjoy your time in the spotlight and move on...
The time they had was short lived.
what a shame...I actually like some of their music......
y'all aint covering the Joe Buddens-Ransom wax beef. SOHH is out of the loop...ish blowing up!
i got some people telling me bout joe budden. what's going on. I heard someone said something bout a dead brother.
without cam there would have been no jim...mark my words, jim is going to flop cuz people is gonna see him for sellin out his "brother", which aint gangsta...and he dont spit that crack like that anyways....
this is not competition, this is murder, career ending, mind bending southside u finished. Jimmy is the boss of dipset, juelz is the capo and cam is demoted to soldier. OOWWW. CURTISSSS killed them off.
I guess it's a split in the factions....Diplomat and Byrd Gang...but the Dips is the Byrd Gang..?????? Anyway....I fucks with Jimmy and Cameron...So I gotta see how this one plays out......Dipset/ByrdGang...????
right on with everyones comments...diplomats are dead..hopefully juelz doesnt bail...after all, it was cam who put him in the spotlight

yo check this kid out, his name is wack but he can spit. He's like a Mexican version of The Game
DipSet dead???? You gotta to be kidding me..... Cam's "Public Enemy #1" double cd comes out November 7th. Mixtape is absolute fire!!!!! There are a few surprises that I know gonna have the streetz buzzing in November. It's a DipSet xmas trust me.
Look out for the Cam, Hell Rell & 40 cal. track!!!!!!!!
Its funny that the 2 hottest members of Dipset (Juelz and Jimmy) have broken away from the dipset name. Juelz moved over 900,000 units with his last album WITH DEF JAM. Jim Jones did well with Koch and now he's doing his thing at Sony. Meanwhile, Jr Rider and Hell Rell chose to follow Cam and look what happened. Rell's album is fire, but no one will know it. Jr's albums was trash.

Dipset isn't done. First off, Hell Rell's one of the hardest out, second, who gives a damn about Jim Jones? No one heard of him until he made that stupid-ass club song "Ballin" which was an okay song, but it seemed to be his only song and it wasn't even what the Diplomats were about.
Curtis has nothing to do with this, Curtis is the punching bag of the gangsta genre, he's garbage, and he's a hypocrite. If you're going to go after Ja Rule for making bitch songs and then turn around and do the same exact thing in the same album you dissed Ja Rule on, then you're trash.
The Diplomats have always been true and raped about things they've done. Cam'ron never fell off, it's just that not that many are into that gangster music anymore, they're into that club hoppin' South Side bullshit music. There's so much you can rap about tequila and bitches and clubs, it gets old.
Dipset all day!
