Talk about random but Fat Joe, well at least his voice, is on this new “Touch Your Toes” ‘80s retro song by Armand Van Helden. The cut is catchy in its own instructional kind of way but the video is the selling point. It’s off Armand’s Ghettoblaster, in stores now.

DF is asking those personal ass questions and making men cry. Anyway DO said that his father only reached out to him after he gained fame and slandered his mom’s name. He moved on from it and became a better man for it.

I caught up with Zion to talk about his new album, The Perfect Melody. If it’s anything like that ear crack of a song “The Way She Moves,” he has a megahit in store for us.

“The album is gonna be pretty much in Spanglish. I did a song called ‘Money,’ produced by Play-n-Skillz,” Zion told SOHH.com. “That’s gonna be the second single after the Akon song. That’ll probably crossover into the urban stations. I have pop, slow jams, R&B , cumbia, vallenato, reggae ton and bounce all on this album. I know that everyone is going to like this album. Everything with God in front.”

It took a lil’ bit but the Fat Don finally spoke on Don Imus’ dumbass comments. Yes, I know now that we know Joey’s feelings on the controversy we can all move on. Here’s what he had to tell mtv.com.

Damn the media loves these mofos. Calle 13 are approaching 50 Cent status…well at least magazine cover-wise. The Puerto Rocks are gracing this week’s Billboard Magazine, which is also their “Latin special.”

I heard about this over a month ago but was sworn by secrecy by the record label. Now I can comment on this crazy ish. Spanish pop singer Enrique Iglesias, sans big ass face mole, is dropping a Lil Wayne-assisted song from his new album, Insomniac.

The Latin Grammy winners are about to release their Residente o Visitante album next week and being heralded as the new face of reggaeton. I bet Ivy Queen must love the idea. Daddy Yankee is back. Its official, he dropped his Scott Storch-produced single "Impacto." Check the link below and peep the remix for ya self. Considering that Zion beat him by releasing his ear crack "The Way She Moves" featuring Akon (DY also got an Akon cut) first, El Cangri gotta bring that new heat. Just gimme Yankee and Jim Jones "Ballin'" reggaeton style and we good.

Oh my Lawd! Que vamos hacer con Jim Jones? It's one thing to make money from what you know but to just put ya name behind ish you don't is suspect. Now he's throwing his name behind "aggressive skating." He’s sponsoring DipSkate, a Freestyle Rolling team.

Now my peoples over at King are on their Latina kick extra hard. First Vida and now they following it with BET’s Raquel “Rocsi“ Diaz. Yes, I know Rocsi. I know what y’all thinking but King did her right. Her skinny ass ain’t ever, I mean ever gonna look this good . . . Again. Well maybe if she adds like 50 pounds down below. I know Latina Magazine you thought was just for your girl and sisters. But for at least this month you can call it unisex because of its dope cover with Calle 13. The one thing that weirded me out is Rene biting his lip but hey I ain’t the demo right.

Not quite but I told y’all Psycho Les was on his damn grind. He’s re-joining forces with original Beatnuts member Al Tariq aka Fashion along with Problemz to form the trio Big City.

The hardest working reggaetoneros (guys seriously take a break) in the biz Wisin y Yandel added some needed street sabor to Spaniard David Bisbal’s new music video. They shot the new video for Bisbal’s “Torre of Babel” in a medieval castle en la madre patria.

Forget about the Jenny/Marc split rumors (we all know she needs to leave Bones). J. Lo’s got chicks from the block repping her ish. Nah, seriously. Tons of fans auditioned to be one of the five to be the official Glow After Dark Girls (which rep her new fragrance of the same name). The GADGs also star on a new on-line reality series, The Glow After Dark Show.

Been wondering about good ol’ Tego Calderon? Well I have so I caught up with El Abayarde for a couple. Check what he told me about his new album, I mean albums.

“I’ll give in my album [to the record label] on April 20. I’m not going to do what people expect of me,” says Tego to SOHH.com. “I’m going to drop two albums before the year is over. On April 20 I’m giving the finished product to [the label] and I think it’ll be out in June. It’s untitled as of now. I might even title it untitled. It’s going to come out hand in hand with Illegal Tender. The songs from the film will also be on my album.”

Reggaeton’s favorite wild man, Residente from Calle 13 is getting some heat from his wifey’s parents. Former Miss Universe Denise Quiñones’ peeps are mad tight at some of the lyrics from Calle’s new song “Tango Del Pecado.”

According to US Magazine, cubana bombshell Christina Milian got a role on a new pilot for CW, you know the network aside from VH1 that black and brown can be down. Anyway the chula will play Olivia on Eight Days a Week.

This rarely happens so that’s why I feel compelled to write about it. So I went to see Grindhouse with wifey on Saturday night in BK. I was amped to see the throwback flicks but was even more pleasantly surprised to see a ton (prolly like four but still a lot for one mainstream flick) of Latinos in the mix.

Daddy Yankee ain’t the only one getting Akon love. For that matter Joell Ortiz ain’t either. Well actually can we say Akon is the hardest working man in music right now? Yes. OK. So it’s no surprise that he’s helping Zion launch his solo career. Zion’s new and bangin’ single “The Way She Moves,” featuring Akon makes you just envision BBQs and opening the fire hydrant (it’s an NYC thang).

Now, I’m not a huge fan of Rosario Dawson fan but on this new Rolling Stone cover she's looking type bananas. Especially next to the palest woman in Hollywood and her Grindhouse co-star Rose McGowan. First off, why is Tony Parker rapping? Didn’t he learn from A.I. and Kobe and Shaq and well you get the idea. Now onto Fab, why mi hermano why? I know the reason loot but can’t get that from making a cameo on someone credible.

These beef has been boiling for a minute. Ivy Queen was apparently going to do a concert series with Nina Sky and Adassa called the Divas Tour. La Caballota wasn’t pleased about sharing the bill with the up-and-coming reggaetonera Adassa. So she took herself out because she’s known as La Diva and ain’t sharing the stage with other women. Adassa was recently interviewed by Mira! Magazine and she had some words to say about the Ivy beef.

Dat Dude Dos: El Cangri’s official release date is here. El Cartel: The Big Boss will drop on June 5, and includes Fergie, Jim Jones, from The Pussycat Dolls, Akon, and will.i.am. The latter will also produce, along with reggaeton beatmakers Eli "El Musicologo," Tiny Tunes, Diesel and Menace, Mr. ColliPark and Scott Storch.

“Reggaeton needs a change and I’m changing too,” says Daddy Yankee in a press release. “You can’t rest on the past. This album is very different. My roots are still there but now there’s more, a side of me people haven’t seen, including hip-hop. I’m a leader in Latin culture. The album talks about the role we’re playing in society. For people that don’t know what’s happening, we need to let them know what’s going on.”

Our favorite tag-team (no Ricky Martin) Wisin Y Yandel are breaking history once again. WYY had over 300,000 people view a webcast of their concert on Pepsimundo.com, which was the first-ever live reggae ton concert on the net.

And the beef begins to sizzle between reggaeton mega players, Don Omar and Hector El Father. Hec caught up with the gossip Spanish mag TV y Novelas and had some choice words for DO.
