Mayra Veronica Loves the Troops; Cubana (Not Vida) Does Playboy

She’s back! Cuban reggaetonera/model Mayra Veronica is giving back during the holiday season. Aside from her single “Vengo Con To” getting mad airplay, she’s playing Santa’s little helper for war veterans.

On Dec. 22, she’ll be visiting vets at the VA Hospital of the Greater Los Angeles Area and giving away her debut album and always eye-pleasing 2007 calendar. It’s all in the duties of the Favorite Pin-Up Girl as chosen by the U.S. Marines.

On to other nenas who like to show-off what their mama gave them. Cuban actress Niurka Marcos, who can be seen on Univison’s top-rated La Fea Mas Bella, has been going through some shit. After coming to Mexico from Cuba, she golddigged her way into a relationship with big-time TV producer Juan Osorio. Then to no one surprise Niurka became a star in a lot of Osorio’s telenovelas.

She then basically used the old man and left him for a new dude named Bobby Larios. They did get married and became one of Mexico’s most infamous sexually liberated couples. They were like Britney and K-Fed minus the babies. Shit didn’t last and they parted ways. Which brings us to what Niurka is up to now. She’s on a hit TV show but still feels the itch to be sexually adventurous. Word is she’s posing for the next cover of Playboy’s Mexico edition. She has said that it’s because she’s newly single that she’s posing…or maybe she’s just missing all the attention.
