Yeah there's talk of them two as VP, but the media has been majorly talkin about Tim Kaine gov of Virginia. The experts and insiders are sayin the campaign doesn't want a VP to supplement Obama as a canidate(ie. somebody who might add kudos to foreign policy experience like Biden). That is because it sort of highlights Obama's perceived weakness if he has a VP wit more experience on issues than him. Also his campaign is about "change" and that is contradicted if he has a Washington insider on the ticket. Instead they want somebody that will compliment Obama, which is why Tim Kaine is a likely pick: he's a new face on the national scene like Obama, he's not an Washington insider, and he's widely popular in Virginia, which they're saying is going to be the big swing state this year (like FL and OH in the last two prez elections).

On McCain's side they are talkin about Democratic Senator Lieberman as VP who was the VP canidate for Gore in 2000. That is an exciting possibility that would completely destroy this ultra polarized, ideology driven system we've had since Reagon. It would shake things up quite a bit. The experts say that it's never going to happen, but I think McCain should go balls out wit something like that and screw if it angers tight ass conservatives, he'll snatch the whole middle wit that ticket, including centrist Democrats. McCain has to fight the shadow of Bush AND Obama's unbelievable momentum and honestly I don't think he is going to win unless he does something drasticly different than what he has been doing. He should counter Obama's historic campaign with a historic campaign of his own.

It's OK Biko. It just goes to show that everybody truly have an opinion and a voice these days. An EDITOR would have slpapped you sily for reading and interpreting news wrong but it is just a blog and we get it. You must have been one of those dudes that said in January that America is not ready for Obama. This mentality is what is still making you think he needs a woman you perceive as being "strong" because she was a like a “pitbull in skirt” during the primaries. Dude, Obama’s campaign is not struggling! Where did you get that from? …Your sources at the mental hospital?
