The Shooting at Domination's Mixtape Release Party

We got in the club like we weren't going there to party because we already know in the hood anything can happen. That's how we think- anytime we go out anything can happen in these situations. We got in the club and everybody was in the club dancing. We played a couple of songs off the mixtape, played a couple joints off the album and what not.
No more than a half an hour after being in the club we just heard shots.
Two of my dudes was outside and eveybody was just ducking inside the club.
By the time the shots had finished my man got shot. He's doing alot better now- he's like 6' 5"- shout out to him and what not. He's still recovering. He had a successful operation. He got hit three times by an 8 by 15. Him being alive is a beautiful thing.
With who did it, we don't know- we can only speculate, at this moment. But everybody who's somebody already know. We not ones for broadcasting anything. But the hood talks so we knew about 10 min after it happened.
This is our reality. This is not something new. This is something people in the hood deal with. It's real and it gets beyond the point of hip-hop. And when it gets beyond the point of hip-hop it's out of control.
