JD, i can't knock ya for stickin' by ya artist, but keep it real da brat through. a cameo cool, but a whole album. a female rapper has to have some sex appeal. brat was tryin' to get sexy at one time then she got fat and went back to actin' like a boy. as an artist she lacks depth. and as for ya new artist sunny save ya money. nobody wanna buy a cd from somebody who won their deal in a contest. that's why that formula hasn't worked yet. even if he won it by being the best rapper, cause good battle rappers don't make good songwriters. plus the audience feels like they seen his struggle, why buy his album? then he ends up being a punchline in every rappers song like Da Band.

Shout outs to JD for having faith in his artist and not giving up on her. I understand that as I am in the industry also. We all know that Da Bratt was the first female rapper to go platinum, she even had a crossover audience you dont need to give her credit she earned it.
I to have conflicts with some of my artist about thier appearance they are young and don’t understand what the industry is looking for, its my job to teach and guide them. Da Bratt and JD knows what sells, he is fully aware of what he has to do to get Da Bratt back on the charts. If you want anyone to take the Brat serious again, you are going to need real hip-hop mixtape djs behind you. I suggest the NY circuit first. ATL isn't really serious about mixtapes. Getting there, but not there yet. Holla at Envy, Green, or Sickamore. The Brat will need real deal street cred first and foremost.
Females in the rap game. Most of them suck. I'll be honest. They are either too masculine(Remy), too girlie(Trina), or too faux-gangsta(Foxy). Missy and Kim are all we have right now. Honestly, they are enough for me. Maybe the Brat can find a nice middle ground, but I think she's going to have to make a "tell all" album. She'll need to strip herself naked(personality wise).
