Today at the Mayor's Office I was advised of your new cafe, however,upon investigation many of you former customers indicated that your managers and host cared more that the local "known people" then they cared about the regular customers. If this is true, your cafe would not last more than a 1 year.
As any good business person knows, your customers, no matter how much many they spend, are whom you should look after. you must be able to make sure he/she happy and special when they pay their monies. Prior to your success you once ate at resturants that did not know your status. Hade the treated you as a nobody;would you have returned? Blue collar people want to be treated with the same respect,as the shoud. It should not matter how many albms you dished out or whether you can afford VIP. What should matter is that your a human being that wants to be treated as such. Being fair is most important. Your manager should give more than a simple sorry, but be able to do more for those whom are treated this way.
If you soley wanted the rich to vist and dine at your cafe then you should have advised the news of your request VIP will not be the only section that keeps you business going. As you see, Puffy's resturant does not cater to just the rich. The mission to his company is he treat everyone the same.
I know that your just starting and I hope that your the service that you provide will improve. I wish your cafe much success, however, if you continue to look down on the little people the way that the comments indiacted you are, your success in the community of Metro Atlanta will be short-lived.

if Herman Oglesby Jr. Ph.D said what is true about the cafe, maybe JD does need to heed that advice or you will be out of business, w/o the fans that buy your music, you won't be able to do the things that you are doing now. The rest of you pissants need Economics 101 and understand that this is serious.
