Lil' Wayne Vs 50 Cent, Collipark Signs Young Daze + Soulja Boy's New Single

The buzz is building on the net and in the streets. Yesterday I watched a group of about 7 DJs argue about who would win if 50 Cent and Lil' Wayne went toe to toe for about 2hrs. And at the end of the day we came up with this; hip-hop would win.
You see if Wayne and 50 were to go back and forth this would not be like the Ja Rule or Fat Joe battles. This one is more of a balanced lyrical match up. Now for some reason people think it will get ugly, but I seriously doubt it. You can't tell me that Lil Wayne and 50 Cent aren't fans of each others music. Both of them have contributed to the game in major ways. Take either one of them away from hip-hop and they would be missed greatly. Lyrically I think they match up pretty well.
Being a fan of both, I had to post a few organic moments from both. 50 doing his thing back in the day. Looking back at footage like this makes you appreciate seeing dude blow up to the level he at now.

Wonderful for hip-hop. Unlike alot of the BS that has been going on if they keep this strictly lyrical we may get the best music yet from 50 and Wayne. 2009 HIp-Hop Wins!

The good thing about every young artist that gets signed no matter who the artist is or what label they sign to each one of these rappers gets a chance at changing their life and actually getting paid for the arts and expressing themselves.

50 is not lyrical at all
I think 50 would destroy wayne, also wayne been takin jabs at eminem , and em and 50 both dropin albums in 2009 and need a promotion tool......so if they both go in on him.......wayne is about 2 get ja ruled.....WAYNE OVA
Wayne got it lyrically but 50 is creative this will be one hell of a battle. I really wanna just show some love for you being the first blogger who actually gave both artist thier credit instead of hatin' like most have lately. Good post homie.

REALIZE IT. 50 neva has an intelligent metaphor to throw at while we know Wayne has alot of catchy metaphors. and he aint even my favorite artist I'm a Kanye and TIP type cat but I do like Wayne and I have to give him that battle, matter fact 50 couldnt beat Kanye, Wayne or T.I.!!

this is 50 territory, im not fan of either, but id say 50 has a LOT more material to work with...Wayne is "lyrical" but he doesnt excell when it comes to beef. 50 easily took out all of his opponents...except for Game, hahahaha...speaking of which, he might come out and help Wayne, since wayne is a "blood"
Wayne just got to many skeltons in his closet to win that battle. He'd be too exposed. A. He's been busted kissin' another dude. If my pops tried to kiss me on the lips he'd be 6 feet under right now. B. He shot himself. There's too many jokes about that. C. I really don't care for either of these cats, but if I had to choose it would have to be 50. Beefin is his thang. Lil Wayne gives 50 sooo many topics(fake blood, height, kissing men, lookin like a termite, imitating other rappers, ect.) to eat his a$$ up wit. The lil dope head should really leave this alone.

I'm tired of everyone saying the 50 would Ja Rule every rapper. He only did it to him, and that's when Ja was on top for so long before that. Every top rapper has his shine for a certain amount of time & then falls off. And as for the records not being sold, 50 hasn't sold recently either. Hell he couldn't beat Kanye, & he lied to everybody about retiring if he lossed. But then the excuses came that he sold more world wide, LOL. Come on now, who really sells now that this country is in a damn recession? I can count on one hand.
