I know quite a few people Snoop, Prodigy, David Banner, Andre 3000, etc have all brought forth new cartoons. Who do you think has utilized this medium the best thus far? Who has the best cartoon?
My vote has to go with Prodigy for now. I know you're like damn this dirty blog. But at the end of the day the information that Prodigy put in his cartoon is more important right now than ever.
Oh by the way, being at the Ozone Awards when they did get ready to shut down the joint they simply just lined up the cops. Martial Law is on the way like it or not and we have to be prepared because a lot of brothas will get locked up and mishandled during this period so spreading the word would help a lot.
HINT HINT to all rappers, spread the word and warn ya folk. And I know there's a lot of dumb dumb beef going on right now and maybe you guys would rather me cover that. But I've said it before and will say it again since I've gotten a few emails expecting me to have the ultimate scoop and such since I was right there. A lot of these situations I know these people, I love my n*ggas. All of them. So what's between two grown men is between them. There is a Gossip and Rumor section just for that type of reporting. But I can't fuel shit that we all know can get out of hand. I know that's not what you want to read but get over it. I'll have plenty of other exclusives coming up soon to not have to make beef a part of the dirty blog diet. Guaranteed I still can keep ya comin back off of pure content.
Any way moving on. I'm looking for more female rappers also for a new section so please send a note or email to sohhdirtyblog@gmail.com. Till tomorrow.

Cartoons based on real life celebrities are tricky. While children view them as entertainment, we have to see them for what they really are - an attempt to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
If you child watches a rapper's cartoon, he is more likely to buy that rapper's record. So the real question is this: "If you knew it make your child interested in their music, which rapper's cartoon would you allow them to watch?" In this case, the answer is simple. Only Andre3000 fits the bill. I could rationalize allowing him to listen to most Andre verses. I would definately allow him to meet Andre in person. I have met the brother, and he is on point, down-to-earth and genuinely cool.
However, I wouldn't let my son (who is 7) meet or listen to the music of Snoop or Prodigy. I'd let him meet David Banner, but only if he was in his late teens. David is a positive brother, who's music doesn't always translate clearly for young ears.
I might let him watch a Chamillionaire cartoon because I can't believe that it would be anything but positive. He just doesn't seem like the kind of guy to use a cartoon irresponsibly. But...if it would lead to my son wanting to his music, I would conflicted.
Protect Your Seeds. A Rapper Cartoon is no different that Rappers endorsing cigarettes, blunts or alcohol. The goal is make YOUR child use these harmful products and accept their message and content, even if it will hurt them. The rappers may not understand, but recognize that the people marketing their careers know exactly what's going on.
Thx for not giving us more of the bullshit on the Ozone Awards. One post taken the wrong way (read: ego/peer pressure) could drive these men into the streets to kill one another.
MAN BOONDOCKS AND AFRO SUMERAI (I WISHED THERE WAS MORE TO WATCH) ARE THE JUMPOFF! BOONDOCKS KEEPS THE BRAIN WORKIN AND AFRO SUMERAI WAS STRAIGHT ALL OUT ENTERTAINING, WU STYLE! WE NEED MORE OF THESE! BLACK ANIMATION CAN REVOLUTIONIZE THE WHOLE ANIME WORLD. JUST MY THOUGHTS...
