So I know you Houston fans will be happy to know that I caught up with the man who is Houston. Im talking about Trae AKA Trae tha Truth and I got a few photos but I got a lot of video. I have to admit I was a slight fan of Trae for a minute now, but never realized quite how real he was until I met him and saw his show. He was definitely in it for hip hop and for the fans. I've got a little video clip of him hopping off stage and getting in the middle of the crowd and just vibing with the crowd, no security, just him the fans and hip hop at its best. He did a hell of a show with new hits and classics, he held it down for the SUC, Pimp C and all the other real people in Houston.
Another thing he said brings me to something for you to discuss. He talked about getting out and supporting real hip hop right in your own town. There are plenty of people everywhere trying to make it. Support real people doing real things from your city to every other city. Its the day and moment of the indie artist, so take your shot and make it real.
