I would have to absolutely disagree with the majority of your comments. For one, none of UGK's CD''s solely consist of pimpin hoes ridin slabs or gettin high. You had though provoking songs such as Diamonds and Wood, High Life, One Day your Here, etc....Secondly, Pimp-C was musically a mastermind. A lot of people don't know that he produced the majority of all UGK's classic Cd's. Pimp-C get's grief because he spoke out the truth about these phoney rappers, which were people's favorite rappers. Now UGK didnt get a grammy because the Grammy''s are for mainstream artist. When has UGK ever had a history of being mainstream? Never, therefore they didn't have a brand name such as a Kanye West or a Common.
