Listen to any UGK, Eightball & MJG, or Outkast song, and you'll understand why they are legends down south. Pimp C can ride any beat. And to the nigga that didn't wanna hear Chamillionaire spit...he'll murk like 97% of the rappers in the game lyrically

And for the record Pimp C can't rap for shit, Outkast does not ride the beat specially Big Boi, Small World form DTP will be like the rest of them niggaz that's on DTP that never came out with no CD (plus he sucks on that song Celebrity Chick - that is the 2nd wackest song of the year - soulja boy got them niggaz beat based on wackness), And Cham will not be up there with 50 & Kayne because that Hip hop Police shit is not getting any buzz even tho it's the same concept as "Ridin Dirty" but I still like it.
