After a five-year absence from The Billboard 200, UGK returns to the tally in a big way as "Underground Kingz" debuts at No. 1. The hip-hop troupe's first chart-topper, the Jive set moved 160,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan, the best sales week ever for UGK and its members, Bun B and Pimp C. UGK's previous charting and sales best came with 2001's "Dirty Money," which bowed at No. 18 with 98,000.

David Banners whole beef with Sharpton is because he is speaking against rap when there are kids dying in the streets right? His new song is called 9mm,so what is he talking about? The kids in these streets look up to rappers before they look to Sharpton 100% of the time.He got the most popular r+b artist in the world right now singing about 9's.

where can i send my contributions to the "PHUCK AL SHARPTON" movement, tha orginal fat basTURD doesnt represent me or any real black man for that fact, what about MOVIES,TV,INTERNET,MAGAZINES and other media outlets OWNED BY JEWS/WHITES??? why go after young brothers trying to make a honest living instead of selling dope and robbing, WHAT WILL THAT REALLY SOLVE, just more young nikkas outta work robbing and selling dope!!!

david banner aint sayin shit in my opinion. I feel him but his views has no REAL substance. all thats gonna happen is more of these young fools are gonna feel more impowered to say fuck you to someone of relivance. he's part of the problem too like alot of niggas. Has NOTHING to do with were you from either.
The times of using the 'product of my environment' excuse are long gone...that argument worked in the begining when crack 1st hit the streets and we talked about it in song, when poverty was CRAZY high in every major city we talked about it in song, even if it was party music it was socially responsible cause that shit just bled into the music, it was all around you. we cared more then cause none of us had shit. Everybody was broke on my block, everybody used to borrow something from each other. sugar, bread whatever. Shit aint like that no more lets be 100% right now.
Everybodys ballin now remember? everybodys a dope boy remember? Any hood you go to in america is stock full of dumb niggas on 22's tryin to get a record deal who dont know shit. Thats what black america has become. a fuckin joke. a minstrel show willing to exploit anything for a hit record.

None of these rappers have any merit to speak on anything actually goin on in the streets because they chasing the almighty carrot right now locked away in some booth! They cant afford to give a fuck about community that much or they'll go broke. We dont like lyrics remember? making sense is played out right?
Its all about having fun right?
then why reach out to REALLY make community better? right? Yeah yeah artist give to charities yadayadayada...2 words; tax write off.
These are the things that make artist/fans go deaf cause the people who buy the bullshit aint only in the hood no more or they just wanna stay "cool" so they hop on!
If you live in Miami, Killarmy's music doesnt fit that mood at all, unless YOU want it too. it fits New York cause thats the mood. is what it is. But that doesnt mean turn your head and hate it cause it aint "fun". If we gotta listen to each other to get focused better on US then thats what we gotta do instead of TRYING to be all about the south or west. (thats just modern day slavery southern fans, ya'll need to knock that shit off. Some of you are a clansman's dream come true)
I feel where sharpton is coming from and all that, cause change gotta start some where, and you cant sit around and let these dumb rappers of today run OUR shit into the ground like their doing already so you gotta SPEAK UP. That is the cloth he's cut from unlike alot of these new niggas. so I feel him there. America is gonna kill off america, that shit can't be stopped when you have devils in office and so much blood on your hands. We gotta look out for us though.
Theres not enough fingers to point out the blame, but you CANT start with hip hop. not in america you cant.

Banners new song is called 9mm.He has a problem with kids dying in the streets, but he has the most popular r and b singer in the world singing about 9mms?Ok.

A Harris County grand jury has declined to indict platinum record-selling Houston rapper Lil' Flip for credit card abuse in connection with the purchase of an airline ticket.

The rapper, whose real name is Wesley Eric Weston Jr., was accused of buying a $671 Southwest Airlines ticket to Baltimore from Houston on June 8 with someone else's American Express card.

Weston's attorney, Stanley Schneider, said the ticket was purchased by a South Carolina man that Weston, 26, thought was a legitimate travel agency.

"He's extremely happy," Schneider said. "He feels vindicated."

Prosecutor Joe Vinas said the investigation is complete and no further charges are expected in the case.
