I know many of you can't wait until next week to check out that new T.I. album, Im not one of you but that doesnt really matter. MTV posted up all the songs for you to check out this week and I figured I'd direct you to it in case you hadn't already been listening.


T.I seems to be everywhere and controversy has been following him, is it hype for the album who knows. I'd have to say some of it is, if not most but he's always been into a bit of controversy with various southern artists from the start. So peep the previews and let me know what you think and if you want to hear more about T.I. in the future.

People are obviously going to say otherwise. But I guarantee, this is going to be one of - or if not - the best hiphop album this year.

Who knows, it'd probably break the drought of poor sales and sell big.

i ain't really feelin the da album. i like raw, hurt, and tell 'em i said that. "help on the way" is cool but the hook is wack the production is lackin throughout the album, lyrically he still wreckin ,but his songs need work. the concept of the album is weak, i mean er'body gotta good and a bad side it's not worth makin a whole album about. plus thoughout the album you really can't tell which is t.i. and which is tip except for the interludes. he needs to get back wit dj toomp next album cause i ain't buyin this one. he only got 3 or 4 bangers outta 18 cuts and too much POP bullshit, i guess dat shit went to his head when he did my love wit justin timberlake.

Yo my dogg Tip trying to grow as an artist, this album is hot to me because he went against the grain of a typical southern album. I think the KING album was hotter but this is the album thats going to get him that grammy and make him a even bigger international superstar.

cosign with King of Texas, except for the fact that Raw and Tell 'Em I Said that are good tracks. Personally, the only tracks I felt were the joint with Busta, the track with Jay, and the track with Em. Really, only the tracks with collabos were good. The beats sounded generic to me, especially Big Shit Poppin, Da Dopeman, and Raw. the beat for the Nelly track was the best one. The album concept was weak. It is obvious that the Chaka fight was a little something T.I. started to get his album to sell. Now, people who haven't heard the album are going to buy it to see if theres any disses to Ludacis, DTP, or Lil Flip (who he even dissed in KING, but has constantly denied it). A good piece of advice to T.I. or whatever the hell his name is: try making an album without stirring up controversy, and then see if you can win a Grammy. LOL.

Honestly this album is wack and a disappointment to all the talking he has been doing lately. There is maybe 4 songs on here that are worth listening too. I think he got a big head from the King album and tried to change things up. Also his producer who has been on almost everyone of his singles is no where to be found on this album. The production is what kills a lot of the songs because he can spit but, the songs suck. Everyone should have saw it coming when he tried to use the verse off his song hurt for his ""freestyle"" on Rap city. I guess he thought we wouldn't hear the verse until after the album came out. This is also not a leak but, a sponsered listening session co-signed by the record company advertised by MTV. This album might do well in the very first week but, that will be due to the record company buying copies. This album might sell half of King did if he releases the song with Jay-z. You can defend him all you want but, you know he laid an egg with this one and the numbers won't lie in the end. Maybe 350k copies first week due to pre-sales and 75k or lower the next week. Platinum in the far future.

This album was mediocre but filled w/ the same topics and any other album, even his down to earth song "My Type" was just typical topic he does for every album w/ ... this was just sound like "live in the sky" song part TWO...and every hook on this album is his generic formula of him sayin short phrase w/ a similar pattern... ppl who think this hott are content or production blind... this cd is filled w/ basically da same topics and beats w/ recycled sounds.... and he failed horribly on the split persona tactic.... this cd equips you w/ 4-5 songs to bump (not includin big shyt poppin and you know what is...)
