Chamillionaire Continues to Create Anticipation For CD Release

Chamillionaire is insanely hard working if you haven't already figured that out. Dude is constantly on his grind and creating buzz for his album that is slated to release on March 27th entitled Ultimate Victory. He recently released a song that is confirmed to be on the upcoming album onto his myspace (www.myspace.com/chamillionaire), and it is all over several different websites.

The first single is entitled "Not a Criminal" and is featuring Kelis. I've listened to it a few times and I'm feeling it, but I'm a little confused onto why he picked this song to be the first single off the album. Why? Because I know Cham is gonna have other songs that blow this song out of the water. Maybe this song just isn't my style, I don't know. Anyway the track is produced by will.i.am and I'm feeling the beat and lyrics for sure, but like I said I know Cham has better shit that is gonna be on this album.

Ignore the Mixtape Messiah 2 background...I have no idea what that is about.

On another note Chamillionaire recently appeared on a BET Rap City Freestyle and hinted that the original name for his upcoming CD was going to be The Sound of Success. Also, in one of his rhymes during the freestyle he dropped, "I've got three more Dre tracks than Game, I hope he isn't pissed/I don't know why there's a fake tracklist when my album doesn't even exist." That made me laugh because I know Cham isn't a shit talker or someone just looking for beef. However, Game is a loose cannon who will beef with anyone, and I can certainly see him taking personal offense to Chamillionaire's comments.

I heard tha song, it's decent, just too unschemed. If anything I would pick "Let em Know" from Mixtape Messiah 2 to be the first single. Hypothetically I could see T.I. on tha song.
And I don't think Game would beef wit Cham for 2 reasons. First that's like Jeezy plexin wit Game ova that line in One Blood. If u a real nigga some real shit ain't gon' get u goin. Reason 2 is that Game & Cham seem to be cool. Given the One Blood remix and Game shouting out Chamillionaire in tha lil booklet for The Doctor's Advocate. I don't know though...

who ever wrote this article doesn't know what the're talking about. First like someone else commented, the track was produced by stylez fuego, an Australia producer. Second all the info reported in this article can be found on Wikipedia under Ultimate Victory, including the false producer comment, and the talk about the freestyle. Which is probably bullshit since it has been up there for months and the last time cham was actually in the booth it was a completly different flow. If you can actually prove that the freestyle happened, then please tell us where else you found the information.

To the blog starter, if you think this song is tight, you dont know what music is. Only good thing is the lyrics, but other then that, the song sucks. Beat sucks, hook sucks.... cham doesnt know how to pick good beats. The last album sucked because of all the terrible production. He needs better producers because his lyrics are already good.

I think cham's music is turning into that shit thats hot for a few weeks and I never hear it again. The single sounds like a neptunes beat and I am not feelin it. When rappers are paid they get lazy and that hook is lazy.
