LiL Wayne; From Kissin to Snitchin?

There is an explosive internet rumor swirling around that LiL Wayne may have a lot more problems then those pesky internet pictures of he and Baby locking lips.

According to a published media report from one of the most influential magazines in Hip-Hop (XXL), LiL Wayne may be directly responsible for DJ Drama getting pinched by Atlanta police.

LiL Wayne Speaks Out On All The "Drama"!!!

OK, so now what y’all got to say? Lil Wayne sat down and talked to VH1 exclusively, and he had this to say about the DJ Drama/DJ Cannon arrest that took place last week here in Atlanta.

He tells VH1:

"You gotta do it right. It's gonna be a message. [The authorities] ain't playing. They gonna make an example. They gonna straighten the game out. A lot of companies take a fall with those mixtapes. N---as be caking up off them mixtapes. The artists can drop his album — and everybody knows that hip-hop [album sales are in] decline — nobody ain't gonna buy the album, and everybody gets the mixtapes off of the Internet or whatever way they get it. The artists ain't caking, but the n---a you made the mixtape with is caking up. Thank God I ain't got that problem, but I know a lot of people who do."

Lil Wayne: Was It Really Wrong To Toss Money Into The Crowd?

Lil Wayne was involved in a big controversy this past week for throwing some dollars into the crowd out east. (The majority of the fetti was just $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.) Regardless, he's in some hot water, again.

Morgan State University Campus Police may pursue criminal charges against Weezy because the stack chunking eventually led to a melee that left three women injured. There were also a couple of interesting comments from Morgan State officials, check out this off the wall comparison here:

"It was as dangerous a thing to do as standing in a crowded movie theater and shouting, ’Fire,”’
--said Clinton Coleman, a Morgan State spokesman.

Huh? Tossing money into a crowd carries the same weight as falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater, yeah O.K...
