First of all, I am from the county in Georgia in which they were arrested. The county is racist as hell. We do not know what really happened. The police down here will say and do anything they want to.

Basically, with the 100,000 the county made off their bonds as well as the other eight people they arrested, they most likely will not go to prison. They might end up paying so more money. I can see what a lot of you still haven't learned. Everything is about money, espically when it come to drugs and politics.

Also, they were on a tour bus, so who is responsible the youngbloodz or the people they rented the tour bus from who is basically responsible for the upkeep of all that.

I don't know bout that one baby girl. Them niggaz got caught with a HALF a POUND of weed WITH TWO PISTOLS. That's big time felony charges in Georgia. Anything more than an ounce is federal. By the weed being seperated into 11 different bags, it will charged as intent to distribute. IF they were stopped on the highway, that will be TRAFFICKING. my husband got caught in 2001 trafficking and he got 4 years and only had to do 4 months bootcamp. He had to do the rest on parole. Trust me youngbloodz got a little bit of money , they are gone get off.

I live in the county the were arrested, so I know what I am talking about. I know a nigga that had like ten charges, driving with no license, running from the police, battery, forgery, the nigga did like 6 weeks in prison and got out. The law doesn't work like people think. He paid he crooked as court appointed lawyer some more money. For those that do not know an appointed lawyer is paid by the state.

I know another dude got arrested for robbery. The parole board and the lawyers say it is worse to rob a house than a bank. The lawyer told him if he paid 15,000 he would get off, if he 10,000 he would get five years if he paid 5,000 he would get ten years. These lawyers and judges are shady I seen this myself. In the end the man got 15 years, and has to do five yrs, before he can even come up for parole.

Second: For that nigga (you were probably fucking while your husband was in bootcamp) that did 6 weeks on ten charges either must've got his ass WHIPPED by the cops when they caught up to him and the judge reduced the charges for their transgressions, or he turned state's evidence to the DA as a State Witness in another trial. Because the DMV gives you 6 months for driving with no license off the dick, and you're getting 12 months for Assault on a Police Officer, no fail. That's not even including the other charges. And by the way, you pay a court-appointed attorney (A.K.A. Paralegals fresh out of college) depending on your income. And they ALWAYS want you to plead 'guilty' because they have 1,000 cases a week. They can't focus on just one! If there were CPA's like that, then there wouldn't be any reason for real attorneys! So, my guess is that he's a snitch. Damn girl, you believe everything any nigga tells you...

Third: The dude that got arrested for robbery (you know, the other cat in your fuck fest) must be a liar. To get off for a measley $15,000 would mean that his lawyer would have had to have the entire parole board and the judge "in his pocket." So no lawyer can GUARANTEE that for such a small price. Let me school. If you a first time felon in Georgia they may let you plead first offenders, which means you can get off but you must do about 6 years of probation.

Secondly, orginially my husband was sentenced to 20 years, but the lawyer did his thing and they gave him ten years do 4 years.

I remeber when I called a law firm thet told me 22,000 would take care of everything.

F.Y.I. anyone driving with no valid license will be charged by DMV, whether they get a fine for a first offense, or get jail time for doing it repeatedly. Now if you meant that he had no Driver's License on him at the point of arrest, then he could have simply gave the police officer his Social Security Number to check for validity. But if he ran from the cops And assaulted them, then they weren't trying to hear all that shit...
By the way, you can plead "First-time Felon" yourself, and if the judge is being favorable that day, then he will grant you a lighter sentence. So if he actually paid (which I don't believe) a piece-of-shit CPA for that, then he's a damn fool!

"Secondly" (is that a word, lol... anyways)you can't be sentenced to 20 years, get 10 years, and do 4. You must've meant that he was found guilty, and was facing 20 years. But his lawyer bargained it down to 10 years, with 6 suspended. So he'd actually have to do nearly 4 years (85% for felonies) if he didn't successfully complete bootcamp.

Lastly, you, like he, must actually believe in these Redneck, crooked ass lawyers, because they sold you a "pipe dream." Because $22,000 still ain't enough to put an ENTIRE parole panel in "their pocket", AND have a slice for themselves. Think about it: they were going to simply take his "blood money", and pray like hell for a miracle. And if it didn't happen, then they would've requested an appeal, and found a way to swindle more money. You see, crooked attorneys don't really care about you. They ONLY care about MONEY.
