Honestly, Evidence is the most overrated m.c in the game right now. he has one flow, incredibly slow. Boring. I fall asleep every time he's on the mic. No lyricism. None. thats a fucking myth right there. His best line iv heard recently is - "dont worry if a write cheques, i write ryhmes" - son why the fuck are you biting diddy, of all people? I glad that not all rappers are "gangsta" rappers. over 80% of them are lying anyway but this so called Backpack rap is wack. I mean i like Common and the Roots but these other niggaz sound like so fags. You don't have to rap about killing people to sound confident. They sound like a bunch of homo-thugs still trying to hid their gayness behind a mic. I am in south florida now and i discovered 75% of the niggaz down here are gay. They try to hid it too by where big baggy clothes and trying to sound hard to cover their squeaky bitch voice. So, I can tell a homo-thug from far away. Not all, but most of them backpack niggaz are either gay, weridos or just plain cornballs.
The only backpack rappers u should listen to is Common, THe Roots and talib.
