Lil Jon Gives The Big Screen Another Try In Date Movie
Hopefully when Lil Jon takes his latest stab at a movie role in Date Movie, his third big screen appearance will be the charm. His first two appearances, the first starring alongside Snoop as Sherriff Sundy in Boss'n Up and the second as himself alongside The Eastside Boyz in Soul Plane were thankfully small roles in even smaller scale movies...(I think the whole hood had a bootleg Soul Plane didn't they?)
I think Jon needs to learn from the Ludacris School of Fine Arts and only accept prominent roles in Grade A films. As a matter of fact I'll even accept Grade B films. Or how about this, try reading the script first and don't just take everything that has a check attached to it because in the long run it hurts you more than it helps, ask Master P.
I'll give him credit though he has stepped up from Soul Plane but Date Movie still isn't the Fast and Furious. It's hard to believe that a man who can operate a 128-track board and have the whole world imitating his persona is only capable of mediocre roles. But maybe so because truth is Dave Chapelle did do a better job of being Lil Jon than Lil Jon himself.

I know critics are paying more attention to southern mc's but acting. But on the real southern mc's are making more cash these days
let me explain why:
When record labels started noticing that Southern MC’s were selling 300,000 copies with no radio play at 10 dollars a pop, they wanted in on that 3 million dollars. Southern MC’s didn’t and still don’t go for that shit. The most a record label will get out of most Southern MC’s is a distribution deal because MC’s from the South have too much of a legacy that traces back to slavery to be giving their lives away to record labels like East Coast artists do. East Coast artists used to sell like 4 million copies and come home with about $42,000 (before taxes).

This will be lil jon's 4th role. His first film was in a movie caled "big ballers" which was a retooling of Master-P's "I'm Bout It", but set in the bottom (aka miami f-l-a!) And I'm sure jon never speaks of this movie cuz he dosent want anyone 2 find out!
Next time some1 see's jon holla "whatup overdose" and see if he responds "whhhaaat!"
