Let's get one thing straight, this is about oppinion none of what anyone is saying is really fact but there are alot of facts being thrown around. One of those facts is that Bow Wow wants to be excepted as an emcee when I personally feel he hasn't paid his dues. Jermaine wrote his first two albums and those sold tow mil and a mil respectively. He wrote a bit on his third album and it showed. His lyrics were weak and he was actually trying to throw subliminal disses at Lil' Romeo. But even on this album he didn't write everything because T.I did about 30% of it. In my oppinion the album was garbage. Fastforward to the present, he drops Wanted and instead of shaking his kiddy image he opted to play it safe. He didn't flex any lyrical muscle at all, and if he was he's even weaker than I thought he was. The bottomline is that Bow Wow can't sell records on his own. Unleashed went gold and Wanted hasn't even cracked 500,000 yet. At the rate he's going his next album is going to brick hard as hell! He should play ball in my oppinion and stick to the movies because as an emcee he will never be looked at in the same light as the Lloyd Banks' and Cassidy's of the world. He isn't that good. And if dude is Crip Walking on BET then he aint nothing but a joke to me. This is my oppinion. And who cares if Bow Wow is engaged to Ciara? It aint gone last anyway! Also, name a producer that has been as successful as JD in both rap and R&B.
