Trillville Introduces "Watch Me Do This"

Damn, I'm still trying to get over Big Daddy Kane doing the splits last night at what 40 years old. Big respect due.
But anyway, I recently holla'd at Trillville and they're close to dropping their second album "Reloaded" a follow-up to their debut release. Of course, major production will be coming from the general Lil Jon again. So expect a banger. They have dropped an exclusive, "Watch Me Do This" and you can hear it here first.
Stay tuned for my interview with Trillville later this week.

This shit is W-A-C-K and wackass songs like this will be the death of the south. Niggas just dropping ANYTHING! Some of our TRUE southern lyricists need to step up and put a stop to corny ass shit like this PLEASE before it kills us all. There is still a lot of raw talent in the south but lames like trillville are killing us. Niggas need to keep music like this underground its okay for hole in the wall clubs or sitting around smoking with ya folks but WE dont want shit like this representing the southern hiphop scene AT ALL.

Lil scrappy may wanna rejoin this group as a feature to it, that's the most shine he's had in the last two years. Might as well stick with what got you noticed in the first place.
Sorry but this crunk movement is soon to be deaded just like what happened to new jack swing for those of you are old enough to remember it.
Posted by: Kayser9soze at September 28, 2005 07:33 AM
Trillville is just another wack ass group that ads to the list of wack ass rappers in Atlanta.Lil jon,Maceo,Paster troy, franchise boyz and the list goes on.Atl is wack right now.T.I is the best thing the A got going.
Posted by: jam at September 28, 2005 09:05 AM
THAT SHIT IS GARBAGE. AND THATS COMIN FROM A GA REPRESENTER.
Posted by: bigben at September 28, 2005 09:27 AM
Atlanta needs to step it up quick! It's hard enough for the South to get respect, we definelty dont need to promote mediocore tracks for the mainstream to make fun of.
Where the hell is Killer Mike when u need him? Or Stat Quo for that matter!
I thought crunk was going to be the movement to get us in the door. Then once we got that mainstream attention, then we can unleash the true lyrcists that the South has. I guess I wrong.
Posted by: Que Dogg at September 28, 2005 10:11 AM
Not saying that this i a fire azz sond but it's music. I still say Atlanta is doing it. Those of us here know the deal, just as in any city you have too levels of the game underground and mainstream. There's no in between, ANYWHERE. The hip hop scene is way bigger than ANY other city in the south, period. It's about the $$$$. And yeah crunk will die, but so did the bootie music and playalistic music and the fact is Atlanta is so deep rooted that something else rose (crunk) So not to worry, we here to stay. What happens to Houston when the rest of the south stop screwin shit up, its gon happen sooner or later. What type of music will emerge then? Thought so. Stop hatin
Posted by: Skam at September 28, 2005 10:37 AM
Dat rite Skam, tell these hatin azz negroes. Regardless of what ya say everybody tha west,east,mid-west,all coasts got they on wack music cause everybody thank the can do this, but they cant. But dont come down on the A-Town or the South like we just make corny ass music, get cha mind rite pimpin. Tha A-town is tha place to be and we got a big piece of this music game on lock and we aint going no where its here till the end of times. So get use to it cause at the end of the day people always moving to the A-town and switchup to fit in and be down to come up, but we aint slow we know tha Clones! By tha way I aint speaking up for Trillville cause they aight they make they crunk music and they were successful the 1st time around, lets see if they can do it again before we right them off,to all the Hating Negroes Perfect your craft and stop worrying and hating you will be a greater success,Keep it "G".

Seems like most rappers from the ATL just do CRUNK MUZIK. Is there any other style they can do? This is coming from a dude in MEMPHIS. Let me know about the A-TOWN
Posted by: LAME DUCK at September 28, 2005 11:26 AM
All yall made valid comments abnout the state of A-Town music, However yall left of one person Al Gator" The New Boss". This cat is the business and will do for A-Town what Biggie Did for Brooklyn.

Yo! I heard dude on a couple of mixtapes. Dude can spit. Now thats the type of guy the "A" needs to promote.
I aint hatin. I'm happy to see the South runnin the game right now because its long overdue. But do u really want people to classify Atlanta as just "Crunk Musik?" I know you dont want that.
Posted by: que dogg at September 28, 2005 01:12 PM
I have one thing to say to all of you commercial music followers. Crunk music will never die. It does not start and end with Lil Jon and Scrappy. Just because Lil Jon is on break or Trillville got a song that is whack doesn't mean that this will be the death of Southern crunk music. Crunk music is anything that gets your blood pumpin heart beatin and hype. Crunk artists range from Kilo Ali to Tampa Tony from Lil Wayne to 3-6 from Deuce Komradz to Small Tyme Ballaz from 69 boyz to Trick Daddy Dollar from Weebie to David Banner. Before Lil Jon there was crunk music and after there will be crunk music. We always follow the beat of a different drummer down here and always will. If the media decides to fall off the wagon who gives a fuck. Only niggas from the True Dirty understand that Crunk is a way of life down here. And when I say crunk I don't mean jumping up and down the club spilling drinks. I do agree with Don't cha know. We do need more artists from the South to represent but I am in love with the underground scene of hip hop music. That's where the heart is. Their thoughts aren't filtered with what big time execs. would use as a tool of marketing or sales. We need more southern underground artists to represent. IF you ain't from the True Dirty then you will never understand.

Trillville is outright laughable. "Whut it iz, Ho"?
I guess since we're not from Atlanta we wouldn't understand, huh, Skam?
Yep, Kayne said it best, riiiiiight. But he's a college dropout, so what the hell does he know?

Yo SOHH.......Just want to speak on Trillville and Watch Me Do This. The FLO-MASTAS already have a song copyrighted and title "Watch Me Do It" in the ATL, so whats up with Trill??????? On this....... look for legal action.
Keepin It Real
Posted by: Flo-Mastas at November 6, 2005 12:06 PM
anybody know the name of the small tyme ballaz new song?
Posted by: buuuck at November 30, 2005 02:13 PM
.............WHAT THE F$%k IS THIS??? "wat me do ded (do it den)wa me do ded"(do it den)"...... its a good thing lil jon made the beat cause this would be a total discrace. Atl has some good rappers but the beats they drop are the best. Trillville made some good songs.....but when they made this they screwed up. I hope no one tries to chop n screw it either cause that will just make it worse. The new song by trillville is proving that anyone can go to atl and rap. Yall lucky ya got T.I. he holdin it down for yall on the lyrics side cause not many can touch em. Houston's Chamillioniare however might be better than him. Anyway Trillville's new song is WHACK!
