T.O. Jumps Into The Music Biz?
My man Terrell Owens recently opened up Dirty South Recording Studio in Atlanta, one of his home cities. For now, Dirty South only has two recording rooms. With a growing clientele, Owens hopes to purchase a larger facility in the near future.
He says that he has no interest in recording any material, just overseeing the business aspect of things.
This is good because we are thankfully spared another Ron Artest, Allen Iverson, Chris Webber or Deion Sanders fiasco. It was torture to hear these cat's on the mic. Athletes are athletes and rappers are rappers for the most part.
And even though he just recently opened his doors for business he's had several notables come in and record, icluding "American Idol" winner Ruben Studdard, actor-singer Jamie Foxx, rapper Young Jeezy, hip-hop producers Mannie Fresh and Lil Jon, and R&B group 112.
"Expanding into different ventures is a good move since the South is an area heading for success," Owens said. "With the music traffic down here, it's a chance for a business like this to succeed."
I'm glad to see TO jumping into the recording game as long as keeps his mic off. We hear him enough anyway.

That's cool T.O. is doing it big. I wonder if "AMP CAMP" will be produceing over there. Atlanta Music Production is also doing it big. I heard they have sold over 70,000 CDs through the internet. "G-Lover" has a nice rap flow, I believe he's the next big rap artist to come out of the A-Town. I love that song "Peach Bottom Girls". Go T.O. and Go "AMP CAMP"
