Happy Birthday Brat! Da Brat Turns 35 Behind Bars, Prison Update!

What a way to break in your 35th birthday As many of us alreayd know, Da Brat, who's real name Shawntae Harris, is serving a prison sentence for aggravated assault after smashing a full bottle of alcohol over a waitress's head at Jermaine Dupri's Studio 72 in 2007.

Da Brat's not scheduled to released until August 2011.

The photo above is a recent pic of Brat, who just so happens to be at Arrendale State Prison .

I wonder if Mariah, JD, Bow Wow or any of her other celebrity friends have rolled through to see her?

Kids let Da Brat be the lesson.

Though I'm sure Brat is having the time of her life being surrounded by all rampant cat traps. I'm just sayn'

Wow, Gyant... That last sentence was a low-blow. You have no respect. I give you the benefit of the doubt because maybe you were just trying to be comical, but that was funny at all. I think SOHH's freelance writer policies are beginning to match that of SlyFOx News' anchor policies. hope not... SOHH Execs you need to tighten up on what your writter's/bloggers write because what their opinions and what they have to say, may be SOHH's downfall.

I agree with Pusha! Over the last few weeks Gyant and SOHH as a site has really let me down. It use to be a time when you could come to this site and recieve reasonable and BIAS Hip Hop information. Thats SOHH not that the case anymore. All you get now self made vendetta's, extreme low blows, and outright disregard for the ethics of journalism. And this SOHH Atlanta blog has got to be the worst southern rap blog site. you spend more time trashing young black men and women that work for a living that just so happen to rap than Bill O'reilly. Sohh maybe you should chang your name to Gyant O'reilly ( its gotta a nice ring to it). And to close get off Bow Wows Dick. The man sold 30,00 copies of his cd but can still get over $10k for a show. I'm with u Prince, this site was on fire when the other blogger had it but over the last couple of years its been a watered down mediatakeout.com with random infomercials (see Jus Nice). Do we care? How much are u getting on the side? SOHH u need to make change OR possibly u guys just don't care about your readers as long as you maintain advertising dollar??? Hmmm. So do us all a favor and bring back the initial SOHH Atlanta writer or platform, or snatch up somebody FROM the city. You lost Atlanta about two years ago...Really
