The game needs a SERIOUS overhaul. It's time for some to step down. Others need to be eliminated altogether. And their needs to be a more aggressive approach to exploring digital media.

Oh, and I think some bloggers have proven that they can be an asset to the cause. Present company excluded.

1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th... wuteva!!! This was worth listening to, the whole game is twisted everybody is looking for their artist that's able to make one song and not focused on making a good album, and i think the labels need to stop trying to push big names and push good music...

Ike Dirty speaks the truth...This is exactly why the quality of music has fallen, and only 2 songs out of 17 jam on the album. No worries, when I get in the position, I'm dropping all the artist off at the studio and locking them in there until they come out with some bangers!!!

PREACH!!!! im considered a multi platinum certified music producer....i have learned production from dr.dre/dj quik/davante from jodeci/ damon thomas from underdogs/warren cambell grammy awarded producer of mary mary and others...i have been a part of the biggest hitmaking/and talent based label ever as a producer/writer and i have also gotten a group signed to directly to universal records in 2001 when they had nelly and cash money poppin off th charts....im from the midwest/ so i fully understand that market.....i lived on the westcoast during its hey day so i fully understand that market...i lived in queens..so i fully understand that market...i partied in miami so i fully understand that market..now i been living in atlanta so i fully understand that market..ive sold tracks in bowen holmes off bankhead..so i understand the streets...im A cultural observer and understand the pychology of hits past and presence...all to say... Damn, I can't wait to watch the 2 videos.... I'm willing to bet, that dude ain't said anything different then I, myself, and a whole lot of people have said..And right here on this site to...This is a very important topic regarding Hip-Hop trying to gain back it's heart, essence & passion...I have been adamant about the state of Hip-Hop and what's wrong with it for bout the past 6 years....
Can't wait til I get to the crib tonight, put something in the wind, and watch this in full detail

The problem is everyone is buddy buddy in the music industry. Its all about who you know. Its all about that click. Its all about making your friends and cousins stars. Its all about that gimmick. That quick buck. When the focus is on MUSIC then it will fix itself.

Think about it.. Let it marinate and then do something about it if you are in a position to make a change.

And that's what time it is!!! Now that I'm home chillin with one between the finga's, getting some well needed relaxation,that was some real talk mane...My man went into great detail and in the end he summed it up with what I've been saying all along..We need to get back to the true Essence & Passion of Hip-Hop...Exec's really need to drop their artist off with one producer and let them work, vibe, and make magic... He drop some names far as producer and rappers who have came together and make magic..I would like to add a couple myself to just co-sign the brutha.....BIG & Easy Mo Bee..Easy only produced like 60-70% of the album, but all them joints were sure fiyah classic hits...I never heard of Mo Bee til that album dropped...Nore & The Neptunes...In my opinion, Nore couldn't rap to save his mu fuckin life, but that N.O.R.E album is tight as fuck, Pharrell was able to tailor Nore's style into his production & vice versa..Nore put The Neptunes on the map, even though they been had worked with many artist in other genres of music as well..Juvenile & Manny Fresh...U can't tell me 400 Degreez won't that work went it dropped...Juvenile put Cash Money on the map & Manny Fresh help built that whole fucking company in my opinion..He was a diamond in the ruff in-house producer...Hov & Kanye, Even though Hov was already Big Time and had classic joints, until that time, we aint neva heard a timeless sound quite like the magic of Kanye....

Far as I'm concerened, we need to get back to what I have been preaching and screaming for these past 6 years... THE ESSENSCE & PASSION IN HIP-HOP IS DEAD...IT'S TOO MANY MONEY HUNGRY EXECS & MANUFACTURED ARTIST IN THE GAME NOW!!!
NOT TO MENTION THAT THE FUCKING DJ IS NOT PLAYING THE SHIT THAT IS UNDERGROUND AND WHAT HE THINKS IS HOT...DJ'S ARE WANTING TO BE THE FUCKING PRODUCER AND BASICALLY GET ATHLETE MONEY AS WELL...DJ'S NEED TO GET BACK TO BREAKING UNDERGROUND HITS.
