This Just In..CNN Bringing T.I.s Court Case To Us Live!..Update!

It's a common misconception that T.I. is going to jail today. He's actually NOT going to jail, he's simply going for his sentencing.


The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, will have between 30 and 60 days to report to prison after his sentencing. He is supposed to have completed 1,000 hours of community service, including talking to youth groups about the pitfalls of violence, guns, drugs and the value of an education.

I was going to head down there to bring you all the Intel live with some tweets, but the weather outside is HORRIBLE.

Thankfully CNN is going to be airing Tip's court case live. SOHH if you aren't available to watch I will be doing a live blog.

Update: Well how about that, they covered. He got one year and one day in prison, and has to pay a 100,300 dollar fine. T.I. has requested assignment to a federal facility near Atlanta, and he will not have to report before May 19.

What the hell....he not going to jail today and on top of that he got 30 to 60 days to report after today. I swear if he was a normal person, his ass would of been in jail by now.

So he gets to spend another Easter with his family--- and Gyant I know you (or FreddyO) will post the holiday photos. It's safe to assume that he will make that 'once a year' trip back to church....

I'm still recouping from his speech in court.... you know , the part where he reflects about his integrity and having morals.
