Never was a fan of Ciara, but a few things in this article came to my attention.

And this is why music is in such a shit state right now. The coffers are catering mainly to WOMEN, and the artists are forced to adapt to this. They cater to men also, but the industry thinks of men as idiots who are easily swayed by the phattest ass and the perkiest set of titties, and they promote only female artist who adhere to this stereotype. Now you see the problem - MISANDRY (hatred of men). It's MISOGYNY also, since they only promote women making total prostitutes of themselves.

In general, the industry treats both its artists and fans as sheep, whom them believe to be completely gullible and willing to support anything that they put out. The longer we accept this without taking action, the longer they will continue to put us in our place.

Not to sound conceited, but this site should let me write a blog. But I don't know if people are truly ready for my knowledge. They were hating on me hella hard at AllHipHop.com just for saying things like this. But seeing how things only continue to get worse, I think it's worth a try.

We need to learn a lesson from AIG and the banks who received bailout money. It's time to stop allowing the record labels to profit from failure.

I like Ciara and I will admit that I missed the old Ciara. I feel like she trying to take away what made her different from all the other singers in the first place. It's okay to be lady like but you are a better dancer when you are in sneaker. However, I do understand she is trying something new so I'm not gon knock it that much.

I agree with some of what was said, but not all. I think you are going too far, just like some other fans. First I would say, Ciara was never innocent. I don't know where people get that from. From day one, she can't out pop, lock, and dropping it in the Goodies video. Her dancing has always been "edgy", so I don't know why people are acting like it's something new now. She has always showed skin. Folks need to understand, Ciara is growing up. Remember, she was 15 yrs old when she first started working on her first album; she is now 23, why won't people allow her to grow up? It happens.
