Exclusive: Which Highly Anticipated New MC Has Decided To Quit The Music Biz?

This is probably the first time that I have ever posted a blind item on SOHH Atlanta, but the ish is so shocking that I got to put it out there. Carefully, though.

Which new Atlanta MC, that's been getting a STRONG internet buzz, is rumored to have quit the music industry?

This rapper, and his team, have been killing the world wide web with visually stunning videos with very meager budgets. And just recently dropped a new track that's been picking up some serious steam.

This rapper, who has been compared to a hip-hop legend, has been on the cover of one of hip-hop's most popular magazines. And just last week, had met up with a certain Detroit rapper to cut some records.

Either way, it's truly heartbreaking b/c I was/am most definitely a fan.

Let me go on record as saying that I can't prove this to me true, BUT my Intel is usually NEVER wrong so take it for what it is.

Update: B.Rich has reached out to SOHH Atlanta exclusively to clear up all the speculation concerning my blind item. According to him, Bob is dealing with personal matters, and has decided to take a break from music. Rich asks for everyone to keep BOB in their prayers.

Talk to y'all lata,

BOBs bum ass... TJsDJs ass raped this fucker to death, and surely the bills he incurred to pay you (Gyant) to hype up he AND Asher Roth clearlykilled his budget...

Plain as day, AND!! NOT A DAY TOO SOON! Nobody gave two shits about his music...

He must've finally figured out that his buzz was worthless.

daaammn, this is a shame. He's even getting a nice buzz from the hip hop community here in australia.
He and Blu basically got me to stop smoking so much and start with this writing shit again......

come back yo

that can't be the real tony neal who said that. thats gotta be somebody using his name and posting this haterade. anyway on 2 my 2 cents. B.O.B. is THA SHIT!!!!!! and his album is ahead of its time. I've heard pretty much the whole thing. Bob is the kinda shit that rap music needs to create some diversity. we can't all be trappin, flipping weight, or weighing our money on scales all the time. there's gotta be more to talk about besides that. bob is that. I hope tha man and his fam are ok.

I know EXACTLY who this is because he was supposed to do a meet n greet in Jackson a few days ago and then he pulled this stunt. I ain't gonna drop his name though. I just hope he pulls himself together . . . quick.

Stop lying Gyant..This aint the first time you posted a BI

He just realised that his entire rhyme pattern and style of dress that he uses in his mainstream video has already been done before by Andre 3000....I even like BOB but just listen to I'll be at the sky and tell me that the song doesn't sound like 3 Stacks!

BOB was an actual real talent, and I am upset to hear that he is getting out right when he was about to take off. I remember when I first heard "Cloud 9" , this dude has some serious skill and anyone who says anything different is on some serious hatin. I wish him the best, and hope everything works out with his "personal matters".

Anyone kno the words - "Generate Publicity"...
I ain't psychic, though the words keep ringing in my ears az i read this shi...

These corporate labels seem to think that they can just put major hype behind ANYTHING and it'll do numbers regardless. They think of rap fans as followers who will like whoever is heavily promoted @ the time. Now they see that we the consumers have to actually LIKE the music first before commercial success comes. There are simply no shortcuts.
