I had been hearing for a few days that Bob's new video was ready, but none of my contacts wanted to risk sending it my way, but alas I go it...kind of.

TJ Chapman from TJ's DJ's told me exclusively that this video is just a leak and IS NOT the final version. The final cut comes out Wednesday, January 14th.

The video is dope as f*ck, point blank period.

Anyone who knows me understands that it is not in my nature to really show my emotions publicly. I've always been very comfortable expressing my opinions, but not really expressing emotions on things. However, BOB officially has shattered my life long rule because for the first time in a LONG TIME I'm actually hyped. I can't wait to get this dudes new CD. I might even buy two-copies. Check out the video.

 

This video just goes to show EVERYONE that videos can still be made economically and still be quite good.  Director Gabriel Hart has really stepped up his game with this one. I mean how many locations did they shoot this video at? I see they're on top of the hill at the Piedmont park and I know the award show scene was at some set in downtown ATL, but everything else is a mystery to me.

I tried to find out the budget of the video, but by the time this blog post ran mum is the word.

I told you all that I was in a small sequence of the video, but I guess my mug isn't fit for the camera because I'm no where to be seen. Sigh, the life of a blogger. We get no respect...just clicks!

ps the classroom scene and the bedroom scene was in a church on the west side

apparently the video came out early. i just saw it on the mtv jams channel. its the video of the week, which means that they are going to play the video at the top of each hour all week, which means that i will be tired of this this song by the end of the week,maybe.i can't lie it is a hot song, it kinda has an outkast feel to it, or maybe its just me.

Great record. But dude soundin like 3000.. and if i want 3000 then i'll buy 3000. Gayant? Come on man, u cant see thru this... Thats Outkast "The Whole World" flow.. I still aint seen nothing above and beyond.
