I've liked everything I've heard outta Willy and B.O.B., but I think this one is going to have to be programmed into my matrix program because I'm not moved by this record at all.

But maybe it's just me.

But Let's Move On...
In my second post on SOHH ATL's newest feature, "Fashion, Shawtty," I got the opportunity to shine the SOHH spotlight on one of Atlanta's hottest fashion designs called Soupy Jones. Check out the video below.

The history behind the the interesting clothing and graphics company is based on an old fable.

THE FABLE In or around 1788 as legend tells it,a fisherman was out on his daily excursion to catch dinner for his family. While sitting in his small boat waiting for that "BIG CATCH," he felt his boat rocking. Excited and thinking this could be his big day,he quickly jumped up and readied his rod to cast in the prize. The man caught on to something that pulled him over the boats edge.

Since this man wasn't to fond of shallow water fishing today he was further out in the deeper parts. Still holding onto the rod he was being pulled further and further under. Finally the man let go,frantically swimming he reached the boat.

When he climbed over onto, he saw a dead fish laying in his net. Amazed and shocked he quickly pulled the fish out of the net. Closely examining the fish he noticed that it was quite interesting. The fish had what seemed to be a smirk on its face. Puzzled by the fishes expression the man's mind starts to wander. He began to think,"could this be what pulled me over my boat". Believing it was a message from a hire being, the man paddled back to shore. Rushing home with his prize catch he decided to give it a name. The name chosen for the fish was JONES.

This was decided because of the mans family namesake. When the man reached home his family was wide eyed waiting for him to show what his day at sea rewarded him. To their surprise he drops JONES on the table. Change of plans, the man screamed, tonight we will fast.

Confused and puzzled the family listened to the story of his prize position. After he finished they were still hungry and confused. The man rushed everybody off to bed.

While the rest of the family was sleeping, the man's wife awoke. Her Stomach was rumbling with hunger, she rushed to the kitchen where Jones was lying on the table.

Making sure there were no witnesses, the wife began to cook JONES into a soup. Awoke by the smell of fine cuisine the man ran to the kitchen. When he reached the door he was Devastated to see that smirking fish know as JONES swimming in SOUPY goodness...

Soupy Jones is on the fast track to become one of the most popular new design companies in the world. The company was started with $200.00 a few friends and a vision.
