Luda Teams Up W/ Don Cannon For New Album, But Has The Hood Lost Interest? Plus, DJ Shakim Presents: The SOHH Atlanta Mix

It's being reported that Ludacris has pushed back his album, Theater Of The Mind eliminating his hopes of becoming "Mr. October". But why does it seem like nobody cares?
Arguably one of the most illest MC's out of Atlanta, Ludacris is gearing up for his sixth studio release. But there seems to be little - to - no interest this time around. His newest single, "What Them Girls Like" with Chris Brown isn't the smash that I'm sure he and Def Jam were hoping it would be.
And his recent appearance on Martha Stewart's daytime talk show is leaving many thinking "WTF!".
His mixtape came and went without making a strong impact. And you know me; I'm wondering what the hell is going on.
Over the years Luda has proven himself to be amongst the music indsutry's elite. After selling millions of albums, and even lending his voice, and lyrical skill to make other records hot - the hood always fuxed with the Atlanta MC.
However, this time around I'm not sure if Luda can bet on the streets.
But, its clear that Luda ain't sitting at home worried about what the hell we think.
Check out this video of Luda and producer, Don Cannon working on tracks for his upcoming project. It looks like they're at Patchwerk studios.
As many of you know, I've been pushing to get a listen to the project since the beginning of the summer. But to no avail it hasn't happened.
And since I haven't heard it I guess I can't offer up an opinion [no matter how bad I'd like to].
But let's move on....
