It looks like Atlanta heartthrob [is that a stretch] Usher has finally got the memo that his current management team just wasn't hitting it. After being vilified in the media followed by an official flop of his new CD, Here I Stand, it seems that Usher is finally going home to mama.

It's now official that R&B singer Usher has rehired his mother, Jonetta Patton, as his manager. As the 'New York Daily News' speculated on July 7, Usher has officially ended his business relationship with Benny Medina and replaced him with his mother.

Apparently Usher has made the management overhaul because of the lackluster response to his recent release, 'Here I Stand.' [Source]

This news couldn't come at a better time. I'm sure many of you know I did a post on our old site on what Usher needs to do to get himself back in the game. Jonetta is the first step, but the the struggling superstar really needs to reach out to me for some ideas that I have that I KNOW will help him get back on top. Y'all already know blogging is the way. If you don't know you better ask somebody.

I wont even tell anybody you called, Usher. I just really want to see you back on top!

Eddie Rhodman sent me over some info that I'm sure can help out a lotta folks right now with the economy being the way that it is. Atlanta Falcons, Chauncey Davis is giving away free haircuts for the kids who are going back to school.

DTLR will be hosting their annual FREE back to school haircuts courtesy of Atlanta Falcon Chauncey Davis and Albert Mills of Video Image Barbershop.

It will be at the Memorial Bend  (#028) from 12-4pm on this Sunday, August 10, 2008.

OK GYANT..YOUR TRULY FULL OF YOURSELF! LOL THAT MAN DON'T NEED TO CALL YOU...HE DOES NEED TO GET ALL OF THE OLD TEAM BACK, CHALK "HERE I STAND" AS A LOSS, AND GET HIS ASS OVER TO JD'S STUDIO!!!

I AGREE HE NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE INTERNET INTO HIS PROMOTION PLAN..BUT USHER'S ASS IS SUCH A DIVA..HE REALLY NEEDS TO HUMBLE HIMSELF AND FOCUS ON RE-ESTABLISHING HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FANS...STARTING WITH SOME PERSONAL VLOGS..APPEARING TO BE ONE-ON-ONE WITH THE FANS AGAIN WILL DEFINITELY HELP HIM. ALOT OF THESE "ESTABLISHED" ARTISTS NEED TO RECOGNIZE THEY HAVE TO DO MORE THAN THEY DID LAST GO ROUND TO STAY ON TOP!!!

HOW THE HELL MEDIA MAKING USHER AND HIS MOM RELATIONSHIP WORSE...HE'S THE ONE THAT FIRED HER OVER SOME OL' P*SSY...TALKING BOUT HE "RETIRED" HER...WELL SHE BACK IN THE GAME NOW!

AND USHER'S MOM NEEDS HIM AS MUCH AS HE NEEDS HER...SHE WAS MANAGING A BUNCH OF NOBODIES ANYWAY AFTER USHER LEFT. ITS ALL GOOD ALL AROUND...MAYBE THIS TIME THEY BOTH WON'T TAKE EACH OTHER FOR GRANTED AND LEARN HOW TO SEPARATE BUSINESS FROM FAMILY
