Ludacris, the Disturbing Tha Peace squad and all of Luda's celebrity friends will have the city of Atlanta on lock August 28-September 1st for what is promised to be the last blow out bash of the summer. Check out all the details that only SOHH Atlanta can exclusively reveal.

In a little more than two weeks, Labor Day weekend will be upon us once again. And as in the past, Labor Day in Atlanta has been and will forever be known as Ludaday.

Tickets are booked and reservations confirmed... invited guests include Tracy McGrady, Lauren London, Meagan Good, T-Pain, Damien Wilkins, Ray Allen, Polow Da Don, Ne-Yo, Jermaine Dupri, Dallas Austin, Bryan Michael Cox, Gabrielle Union, Taraji Henson, Mario, Trey Songz, Ciara, Cee-Lo, Swizz Beats, Monica, Usher, Big Boi, MICHAEL JORDON, a few very legit billionaire guests and of course YOU!

Thursday
The kickoff titled "The Preview" will be at Ludacris' restaurant, Straits on Thursday August 28th. This Invitation only dinner will be Hosted by Chaka Zulu and Luda.

Friday
Ludacris, T-Pain and friends invite you to have "One More Drink" at Esso on Friday. Make sure your club apparel is tight because if it's not you're not getting in.

Saturday
[Day Event] Expect a surprise outdoor performance from a current chart topping recording artist, register to vote rally and community cookout will be at the Atlanta University Center with DTP, Compound Entertainment (Ne-Yo), Zone 4 (Polow), and more.

[NIght Event] Uptown Restaurant and Lounge with a Virgo bash with Mario.

Sunday
[Day Event] There will be a private pool party ... Luda + Magic City Socialites + Patron+ Red Bull = "Damn why wasn't I invited".

Sunday night there will be a special edition of "The Chill Spot" bowling at 300 Atlanta.  Compound Entertainment, Zone 4 (Polow), Bryan Michael Cox's Crew, Floyd "Money" Mayweather and more will all be in attendance. And after that you already know what's next...Luda & Friends will hold the finale at Velvet Room.

Monday
The Finale...  A celebrity softball game where Luda will coach the team featuring Michael Jordan at Oglethorpe University.

This Just Came In...

Jermaine Dupri is in the news today and this time it's got nothing to do with his lavish parties or superstar girlfriend. This time it's got to do with shocking allegations from JD's former restaurant staff employees. Find out what's really hood below.

Jermaine Dupri's highly touted Buckhead eatery is dead center in a recession controversy. According to WSB-TV the music mogul's bistro, Café Dupri has closed it doors. But there's just one problem…nobody told the employees. [Watch Video Here]

Café Dupri has closed it doors indefinitely. After months of problems it seems that the best decision was to just end the business venture. However, allegations of worker abuse is receiving most of the media coverage.

Several workers are complaining that they've gone as far as several weeks without collecting a paycheck. And to add insult to injury some are even claiming that they were suddenly forced to sign confidentiality agreements barring them from discussing anything about the restaurant to anyone.

I've heard about the shady business practices over at Café Dupri for the past 3 months. I've gotten numerous emails from employees who were putting JD's mom Tina on blast complaining about abusive working conditions and unpaid salaries.

I figured they were just some hatin' ass ex-employees who were bitter and decided to pay it no mind. But after watching the video it would appear that somethings going on. How do you explain closing down a company and not telling the employees? How do you explain several bounced employee checks? But most importantly how do you force employees to sign a confidentiality agreement when you're about to go out of business?

Tina insists that all the employees were paid. And if that's true then there shouldn't be one employee that has a returned NSF check from Café Dupri, right?

Y'all know me I call it like I see it. This sh*t just doesn't look good for Jermaine. A millionaire [or at least that's what's reported] in his own right, a large part of his cash and notoriety comes from the good ole people of Atlanta who've held the man down since the beginning. JD should've just written the check[s] to the disgruntled employees just to save face.

In this unstable economy where many are struggling to keep gas in their vehicles people are looking for those "who have" to look out for those who "don't have". This situation is not a good look for Jermaine Dupri/So So Def and it's most certainly not a good look for Tina.

I truly hope this is truly just one big misunderstanding.
