How much longer can I sit by and watch all this unfold? I thought that if I literally just sit quiet that all this would pass. Unfortunately it seems that it won’t. So now I have no choice but to clear my name.
Rather then right a whole lot of nonsense let’s just stick with facts.
Sandra Rose and I used to be good friends. She helped me out in the very beginning to get myself established in this city. And in return I helped her with security protection, exclusive information, and a sound ear when she needed to talk about all her personal issues. Like any other friend we would talk and share information on the regular. I’m not one to share anything with people, but I did give her small insights to my life which you see she is posting in GREAT exaggeration. Sandra Rose is the kind of blogger who takes a piece of the truth and stretches it out until it’s no longer the truth. So rather then attack her let me just state the facts.
1. I have never been arrested for going to or assaulting anyone at any DL Club. Anyone can go down to the court house and pull court documents and see what my 2007 arrest stemmed from, and its NOTHING that Sandra Rose is implying .
2. I have done NOTHING but been a friend, bodyguard, and watch dog for Sandra Rose at events all across Atlanta. Everyone knows about her almost getting beat down at Rocko’s strip club party. The only reason it didn’t happen is because of me.
3. I have NEVER recorded or leaked any music of the MANY studio sessions that I’ve attended. I am often times invited to listen to new tracks, interview celebrities on the regular. And it is common knowledge that you NEVER record any music because you can get sued not only by the artist, and the record label, you loose your creditability as well. I have done nothing but act extremely professional at all times while out and about in this city.
4. Tasha at the Theybf.com and I are very cool with one another, and Tasha and Sandra Rose are enemies. Sandra has done “exposes†on Tasha before and is using me in order to further that beef.
5. Anyone who knows Gyant, and who knows Sandra knows that she is clearly hurt by something that I did to her and is lashing out in the only way she knows how, which is through Sandrarose.com
6. I have obtained legal counsel and have had Sandra severed with a cease and desist notice which she brazenly has ignored. Here is a piece of her response in the email she fired back at my attorney:
I hope this is an April Fool's joke? I don't have to tell a smart man like yourself that Mr. Dinwiddie is a public figure which means he is open to criticism.
7. I can’t defend lies with the truth. People are going to inevitably believe what they want to believe. We live in a society of perception not realities. Celebrities go through this on a daily basis so if I am to escalate in my career, and in this game then I’m going to have realize that people can say whatever they want to say about you NO MATTER WHAT.
On a personal note though, I have to say that I am saddened that one blogger would attack another in such a vile, disgusting, and non factual way. Sandra Rose and I have had many conversations and she always trusted me more then I ever would trust her. She’s shared with me things that would make people's mouth drop. But if I’ve learned anything from recent events is that the more you feed into gossip, and innuendo the bigger it becomes. So for those who are looking for a response from me about her and our private moments you’re not going to get it. As salacious as her stories are it also showing the world what kind of person she is. And how far she will go to get garner clicks. Let's just hope she writes me a check when this is all said and done.
I will let my work, and fantastic blogging skills speak for itself. I will still be out and about doing my thing. And as every industry person in Atlanta knows some will continue to stay home. I have to thank God for this lesson that is being taught to me. It's a lesson that I'm glad to have learned now rather then later.
But just so we can clear things up even more...

Man I feel like a Akon mixed with a little bit of DJ Drama with the shit that has happened to me these past couple of days. If you haven’t noticed I’ve been absent since Monday because I was locked up.
That’s right people, ya boi caught a case in the worst place in the south to ever to catch one, and that’s Fulton County, GA. How did I end up in jail you ask? Well let me tell you...
I was at this event Saturday night and I was networking and doing the “industry†thing when this dude approached me. He started talking about this and that, (nothing substantial). I entertained him for a moment trying my best to be polite. But after he started asking me about celebrities, and who I’ve met, blah, blah, blah, in my mind he was marked a cornball and I started to make my exit.
I guess he started to notice my shadiness, so as I turned my back, ole dude grabbed me talking about some “I’m talking to you, don’t you turn your back to meâ€. As I turned around about ready to knock this kat on his ass, he pulled a bitch move (no disrespect ladies, but it is what it is) by throwing his drink in my face. I was stunned, I couldn’t speak. By this time all I am seeing is RED. Since he wanted to act bitch like, I intentionally bitched slapped him, and followed that shit up with a left hook (crack) to the jaw.
At this point everybody around is starting to get in between he and I, but I was so mad I didn’t even seem them niccas. I started throwing cats around like round rag dolls to get to this nicca. All I could hear were faint mumbles of people saying “Gyant calm downâ€.
But, I couldn’t I was over the edge. So after a few more blows this dude retreats to some private room. This was kinda like a house party so there were rooms available to for coats and shit. With him being behind a locked door, I start to come down off my “crazy man†ledge to try and get a hold of myself. After about 20 minutes of everybody talking to me, and me apologizing for my behavior we suddenly hear that hard ignorant knock. You know that knock that has the popo’s name written all over it. As the door opened I’ll be dammed if that wasn’t who it was. So they proceed to do the cop thing, asking questions, looking macho and shit while I’m looking like I’m not fazed by any means.
Anyway dude comes out of the other room and points to me and says that I started hitting him for no reason. I start to slide back into that angry guy again, but I had to keep my cool because the cops were there. So anyway, people start telling the cops that it was other dudes fault and that I was only finishing what he started. Up-Top this would have been a clear case of self defense. But here is the thing about the wonderful jewel of the south. Y’all don’t have self defense down here. Here’s the short version of the law: If somebody hits you, you should call the police and file a report. If you don’t do that, and hit them back, then it’s considered aggravated battery. Can you believe that shit, battery, WTF?
So needless to say that he and I were arrested and my black ass been sitting in jail until today, about two hours ago.
I’m not going to talk about the jail experience, because we all know that is what the fuck it is. But I was just bugged out that I was going down with this dude over bullshit. They had to put my big ass in a wagon because I couldn’t fit in the back of the cop car. The whole shit fucked with my head so much that I had to sit still while on lockdown. I couldn’t talk to nobody because I knew that if the wrong muthafucka had said something slick to me, I would have caught more cases.
So I said all that to say, that’s why I didn’t or couldn’t post anything on the site. I had my own shit to worry about. I been pretty consistent so y’all know some shit had to be going down if I wasn’t posting anything.
We got a lot to catch up on. I don’t know what y’all know and what y’all don’t know. I’m just going to resume the posts and lay my big ass down and drink this whole fucking week away.

Normally I don't post but this has gone to far. I don't really like Gyant. I usually come here to see what Matt Herbz has to say about him. (You’re talented dude. Not a day goes by you don’t roast his ass) But ANYONE who has read Sandra's blog over the past year is aware of her credibility issues. She lies repeatedly. She will post a story and then not allow comments. Now her new site only allows comments from registered posters. Do you think she will have many posters that defend Gyant? Hell no! She has talked about Tasha from YBF because she was pissed off Tasha had the little spot on BET. She is not well liked in the industry circles because of her unprofessionalism. Her attitude has gotten her into serious confrontations with celebrities (Usher anyone) She calls herself a blogger but she openly stans for ROCKO. Yes ROCKO.! There's at least five banners for his damn album on her page. If she doesn't get a "L" for her internet beefing she should get one for repping him. BTW I'm a female and I recognized his wack ass when he was posted in Monica's video. She has done some crazy stuff but when I saw this dude’s nickel-beaten face every time I scrolled down her page I knew there was no hope for her. I could go on about Sandra's issues but Gyant is right. There is nothing he can do now but let this ride. This is how Sandra gets hits on her blog. How come the same people that cry about sandra rose being grimy are the same people who idolize wendy williams?
To me there about running neck and neck when it comes to professionalism,skeletons in there closet,and people wanting to beat them up...
The only difference I see is that wendy has more money,power,and fame than sandra does,and maybe a little more talent.

Well Gyant is not the only one who has issues with Ms. Sandra Rose. I was blocked from her site for telling people to google "Sandra Rose is a hater" which I found out from the comments on another blog and the site is very funny. There is a picture of her and everything. I did not create the site but I found it hilarious. It also gives insight into the sort of person she really is. BTW, I dont necessarily care for Gyant either, so I am not takig sides but the site is funny.
After reading Sandra's site, I had to check out what Gyant had to say about Sandra. I go to Sandra's site for laughs frequently. She is funny to me because she is the biggest hater in the world. Thats how she gets hits. And don't give her any good scoops, because she will throw your a** under the bus and have someone coming after you. How unprofessional is that? She is doing the same thing to Gyant. She is quick to tell where she got her info from, which is why I still don't understand why people give her information. She is always late on news, doesnt know anything about pop culture to have a blog...and she thinks she is the best thing since sliced bread. The funny thing is, she doesn't even do her work anymore because she wouldn't be able to get good pictures because when people see her they scram---besides Monica, Rocko, TI, Tiny.....and ....thats it. Sandra will never get far doing this. She will never, ever be Wendy Williams. She is in love with Rihanna who doesnt even know she exists. She knows No A-Lister celebrities. ....Basically, my biggest issue is her throwing people under the bus. No one give her any good information.
