Many people may not know this, but Mariah Carey was down here in the ATL recording parts of her new album, E=MC2. And though I was not able to get her on camera, or-even-better-video, she was definitely doing her thing. And now, thanks to my super surfing internet skills I got a track from the album with Young Jeezy. Check it out below.

I know a lot of people are anticipating a new Jeezy album. SOHH far this year there hasn’t been any break out stars from the freshman rappers of Atlanta. Both Shawty Lo, and Rocko tried, but clearly nobody cares. B.o.B. had my ear for a minute with his catchy ass “Haterz Everywhere†but after months of no video, and subsequently, no other follow up tracks that have caught my attention I’m over that.
But as we all wait around to see what’s Jay Jenkins new project is gonna do, why don’t you tell me how you feel about the southern sound mixed with the legendary Voice.
And since we’re speaking of voices……
Check out Chilli’s new record which was written by Cri$tyle called, Dumb, Dumb, Dumb. It looks like former TLC member is attempting to finally do her own solo thing. I got a chance to sit down with she, and Cristyle last night at Signature Sound Studios to get a listen. Both Chris, and Chilli are some of the coolest people in the industry.
But I can’t help but wonder if its about ten years too late. I know people were looking for her to do a solo project back when TLC was showing signs of derailing. But she stuck with her girls, and as a fan I loved her for that. But in 2008 will these kids get Chilli? I mean her core fanbase have grown up and now have their own children. Will today's youth get her?

This is just the record Chilli needs to get back on the map. Coupled with a hot video and mean dance routine, I guaranteed this will a chart topper. That was my first reaction when i heard it on the radio last friday and i'm sticking to it..
Plus Chilli still looks like she's in her early 20's so she still has that appeal
whether Jeezy wnats to believe it or not, he's gon mainstream, or shall i say commercial, somethign he said he won;t do. But he did, and ain;t nothing wrong with that, mainstream is where the money is, and it broadens u to a bigger fanbase. Jeezy deserves to be getting called to be on features. I feel like it's his time. Though i must admit, I liked Thug Motivation 101 better than Inspiration. And Trap Or Die was the shyt!!!!!!! As far as Chili, she's hot, i wish her well, but i don't think she gon sell units. Real Talk.....

None of those other cats (shawty lo and rocko) blew up like jeezy, BECAUSE THEY ARE JEEZY'S CLONES!! Rocko is a fake ass drug dealer, and shawty lo looks geeked up(addicted to cocaine). She was the first girl that really got Herbz all confused and ready to settle down on some "let's get married" shit.
