Shawty Lo's got another video out. But, I am very confused by the concept. Am I alone?

Call me crazy, but is it wise to use a hearse and casket sequence during such a shaky time with the vicious rumors?

What do you all think - is it Poppin' or Floppin'

the reason he showing bankhead in the video is because nobody has showed all of bankhead... most cats claiming bankhead shoot there videos in atlanta... but anyway if u not feeling the dope boy music dont buy it... go support lupe or sumthing i mean its not like there aren't alternatives availible. Not to mention the way records are selling now days people with major deals arent making too much royalty money why u think every rapper trying to tour and make there own lable because living off of royalties aren't a reality anymore. cost of the video and advertising has gone up.. cd sells are going down so the record lable gotta recoup there initial investment before the artist even touches a check so fam homies are going to put out what the check writer wants to hear and thats dope boy music... we all have to deal with it. The second video and song was better than the first one... lol hot beat... flow i dont fuck with... but hey thats what the majority wants.

Let me correct that... Jeezy/BMF's formula works. Make some DVD's proving your street credibility and easily influenced people will think that because you're "real" that when they play your music, you're transmitting that "realness" to them and you get rich along the way. Maybe Tupac started that formula...

The video is a realistic expose' of the community that Shawty Lo grew up in. Its gritty and raw cinematography is reminiscent of classic hip hop videos of the past.
