Key to defense attorney, check the CW, he has a deep history and people around him know! Undercover agents have a hard time setting up a perp without incriminating themselves or getting caught up! Especially with women!!

Typically CW in affidavits when it boils down two it is an undercover plant and "informant" is a snitch. Usually 90 percent of the time in federal indictments that's how it works. If you query the US Circuit Court database in Atlanta, you will not find an affidavit for the CW or Mr. "C.W." that Gyant is referring to. I won't publish his real name although Sandra Rose has!! And you can go back 6 months!

I beg to differ fultoncounty404, it is entrapment when a CW approaches and entices a perp to commit a crime that he did not approach him to commit. TI didnt approach him with the intent, CW approached HIM. As in many prostitution cases, the perp has an easy way to cry defense and the law has to be VERY careful not to draw the line, if the man drops his pants and reveal his privates, ENTRAPMENT! Any Good Lawyer Knows This! Several loop holes in this case two charges can be argued easily, but the possession in the home, TI gone get hit with that one, and God Forbid If The Walgreens or his house is within 5 miles of a school, That is a mandatory minimum 5 years.
