Jeezy's Gone! Can Boyz N Da Hood Make It Without Him?

Did Jeezy use Boyz N Da Hood to make way for his own solo career? That’s what current member Duke is saying.
According to published reports, the outspoken rapper says Jeezy only had a one album deal, and used it to launch his now highly successful solo success.

Group member DUKE says, “Honestly, we didn't even want another member, but like he said, he just got in where he fit in. Jeezy had a one album deal with us. He had already had a solo situation with Def Jam and he used it to launch his career and that's what it did. We all have different elements that we bring to the group and Jeezy had his own element too.â€
Though Jeezy isn’t apart of da Hood anymore, they are still moving forward prepping a new album with new member Gorilla Zoe. Check out the video below.

Honestly, I don't think BNDH will prosper without Jeezy. They all have talent (minus Gorilla Zoe)...I think Jody Breeze and Big Gee went harder than Jeezy on most of the songs, but Jeezy just had that swag that they need to really show people that they were running things.
If Jody Breeze can step up to the plate and develop a personality outside of the booth to match his lyrical ability, then they might have a chance to get some real exposure.
