Whoa...this has just been a terrible week for you, GYANT.

I don't know if I know of another blogger who has to endure so much disdain and hate. Needless to say, it would be an African American hated on by other African Americans - because that's what we do, hate on our brethren.

However, it remains a fact that the T.I. album leak was reckless and an injustice to the hip hop industry (which I am am under the mindset to believe that SOHH supports) and, now, to find out that you LIED about why you got arrested three months ago (which wouldn't have been bad except you came on a hip hop site and wrote an entire blog about and didn't state the true basis of the arrest) just makes all of this unacceptable.

While I respect your hustle and hope that you can regain your credibility through your personal site, O1LT.com, I feel that it is time for SOHH to go in a different direction with the SOHH Atlanta blog.

Thank you for your dedication and service, Gyant, but as long as you are the editor of this blog, SOHH will lack credibility as a true hip hop site. A change MUST be made.

1. Computer Crimes Act 1997

LOL @ cyber bullying. Let me explain something.

1) IP addresses are greatly inaccurate. Just look up the Chris Benoit case. Someone went to wikipedia and put that his wife was dead HOURS before the cops found their bodies. The cops can't even figure out who posted it. Even your ISP doesn't know who's IP goes to who. It's possible for an entire neighborhood to have the same IP address, routers give off fake IP addresses and everytime you log on with a dial up or cable modem your IP changes.

2) This is a blog and on a website that is inviting comments. You are not stalking Gyant when replying. In fact he invites it and admits to being a celebrity. It's called freedom of speech. Remember the people vs. larry flynt? Celebs or people in the public have ZERO protection.

3) Even without all of that Gyant was the one who INITIALLY brought up his public life. Anybody who has ever been to court or knows the law knows once one side brings up the personal business of someone or themselves it allows for the other side to respond about it.

That cyber bully shit was different if true because it was people who knew each others and was co-workers. Eve if you could find Future and link him to the IP address (almost impossible especially if he's using a proxy) you have no case. Internet law doesn't protect you from "insults".

P.S. That guy who gave Future the warning is clearly in India. He said RM as the monetary penalty. Also look at his spelling. He is Indian. He is not in America which has way different and very few internet laws. The police wouldn't even bother with this because it isn't two kids who know each other, it's a website designed for talking shit.
