It is the mortgage company that looks into those things and he wasn't trying to get a mortgage which is a ghetto move in and of itself. A mortgage is a huge tax write-off. Paying cash would be a major tax hit. On a 2.5 million dollar mansion his monthly property taxes would likely be in the $10,000 range. That alone kinda gave away his ghetto status.

Even though I'm steadily speaking on the issues I have with the site spreadin the hate...and not speaking on positivity, I definetly do not agree with TI not getting the house but its not racism.

The problem with the blogs was three fold as far as I could see it.

#1. You got bloggers stating un truths and promoting the mean, hateful spirit. With that said…think back, how many posts did you get from readers when you posted up the Shock G blog? How many thankful posts did you get when you posted up your other blogs with a positive spin on it? There is no balance.

#2. You got these people signing on with fake names, posting homo, racists, and just straight ignorance. Now, it’s one thing to have an opinion..but it’s another when you come on just to show your behind and act ignorant on the blog in order to try and destroy the blog and all the discussion on it. There needs to be a way for SOHH to ban the IPs based on straight ignorance and stupidity. And nobody should get this confused with someone speaking opinions...that is not what I'm talking about.

#3. The blog does not have any avenue dedicated to any positivity going on in the music, community...or anything else that is being done BY hip hop to contribute towards change.. I’ve said it before, and have said it again….we should have a SOHH Spiritual Blog.
And I ain't talkin about just having a Christian blog, but I'm talking about one where we could all spit down about the lyrics of the different beliefs...talk about how it affected us in a real way, and speak on how we believe that these lyrics on beliefs have potential to make positive change should people listen and learn.

My point with the spiritual blog, is that by claiming that there should not be no censorship…SOHH is being irresponsible by censoring the site from having such a blog. Create a balance…not just an atmosphere of disgust. There is NO REASON not to..unless SOHH is being controlled by someone , or something who does not have the best interest of the readers in mind. Then…like Ron, everyone should begin looking for a change.

That DigiPimp even deleted one of my comments. And in the comment all I did was post up information regarding Kurtis Blow’s tour, the Texas Holy Hip Hop awards, and a huge event here in San Antonio where we are hosting 14 of the hottest Christian Hip Hop underground artists in the country. And THIS after claiming he’s giving shine to the underground tryin to come up.

There is no balance. The problem wasn’t Ron Mexico or his blog. If you are gonna start censoring, you need to be more worried about consistency and equality and accuracy. Even though Ron and I had our discussions, we both had an understanding and there was a level of respect.

We need to work to change the spirit of garbage, and not suppress those who are products of it.

Check out that whole camp creek area up to campbellton road then take campbellton rd west to douglas county. That whole area is gonna be the shit in 5 years. Schools are good, plenty of shopping and a mall is right up the road. If you want to keep it hood and go to greenbriar it's only 15 mins away. There arent any fags out here either. I think that the whole idea of equality is bullshit, while the theories of inequality and discrimination is recognised intellectually at least they still continue to pervade our communities manifesting themselves in a number of different ways, like styles p says "this prejudice shit is like a cancer" thats exactly what it is, only its managed to spread itself within the ranks of our communities. Its blatant that TI was turned down because the people who were selling the house saw him as a stereotypical black man with all the bullshit negative connotations that go with being a black man. Even though de jure segregation etc was seemingly abolished years ago, the roots of its evil still remain albeit in the form of de facto reinforced by corrupt officials, lawmen etc. like someone said earlier the system is designed for us to fail. We've shown that we are a resilient race, and we aint trying to be held down by noone. I hear what people are saying about moving to places for 'exclusivity' and for a better standard of living for ourselves and our family, but in my opinion what needs to happen is some form of gentrification, whereby people that managed to better thtemselves either financially, education wise or what ever come back to the hood and invest in the people, community, property, standard of living etc. All this in fighting is bullshit, a whole load of egos clashing with each other failing to see the bigger picture and that is the advancement of our people. Thanks for the info, playboy....nah, I aint trying to keep it hood. I lived in Jersey City, had enough of that. i want to be away from everything but close enough to drive there if you know what I mean. I just want to find a spot where I can get at least 3000 sq feet on an acre or so, make some solid business contacts, that way I can stay put for a few years. I got a crib out here in Florida at 2700 sq feet but no real back yard (standard for florida unless you trying to pay 80k+ on top of the 290k you already kicked out,for what still amounts to less than an acre) and neighbors you dont relate to or have any type of business sense. Talking to you cats, it would seem like GA would be a ideal fit for me.
