Is He Back To Save The Game? Listen To T.I. Explain What Sparked T.I. Vs. Tip!!!

I got the opportunity to get an exclusive advanced listening to the self proclaimed "King of The South's" new album over the weekend at a private listening session, and I got to admit that project isn't half bad.

I mean let's be real: Will the album make a few million dollars? "Yes". But will T.I. vs. Tip go down as a classic album? I hate to say it, but "No"!

Out of all the tracks I listened to there were really only two I absolutely didn't like. Check out my exclusive video below.

I think it's pretty safe to say that you can definitely feel my Blind Item's absence as T.I. brought in a lot of fresh blood on this project.

Wyclef Jean is the most noticeable, and coincidentally the most off the mark producer on the album. I don't care for his Caribbean vibe mixed with T.I.'s thick southern delivery - it just doesnt work. But that's just my personal opinion.

All in all I can already tell that the fans will be very pleased with his blast full beats and aggressive rhymes. You're most certainly going to get a better understanding of the multi-platinum rapper's music this time around.

But don't take my word for it, listen to T.I. explain what this album is all about and why he came back to save the game! Although their is one track that sounds exactly like "One More Chance" by The Notorious BIG. I dont know what thats about!!

In related news…

According to HHNLive.com TI will be working on new movie projects with Grand Hustle Films.

"We producing a film called "For Sale". We finished the script and we’re just going after directors right now. We’re gonna be casting after that and it’s set in the world of car dealerships in Atlanta. There’s a lot of those in Atlanta because it’s a place where you gotta have a car. Our transit system isn’t elaborate like New York. It ain’t to the point where you can ride the bus and still get to all of the places that you need to get to in a days time. So, therefore everybody can’t afford it or has the credit to just go and get a new Benz or even a Ford for that matter. So, for that very reason, you have tons of “Buy Here, Pay Later” types of places. It’s a whole hustle in itself and with that whole world, we’ve just found it easy to find humor in it."

Talk to y'all lata,

GET FAMILIAR.

How was the Eminem song?

Does this album sound more like The King album or Trap Muzik and Urban Legend. If it sounds like the King, I'll pass.

P.S. I thought the Eminem song didn't make it on the album (dumb decision if it isn't on there).

KING was tight as fuck!!!
i like all them jams and i dont really like the south!!!!
T.I.will go at least 2x platinum with this cd cus he became one of hip hops best sellers!!! so it might be a tight lp!!!! i guess we will find out soon!!
I bet it willbe way better than Curtis!!!
But i really cant wait for that Graduation cd though!!!!

HE STILL CANT SEE LUDA,HE'S AVERAGE AT BEST

Sorry to burst your bubble but my dude Fabolous is gonna have the tightest album this year.
From Nothin' To Somethin' is killin' everything on the charts this week. Real TAlk!

I think Kanye is gonna come in a close 2nd with graduation.
T.I. vs. T.I.P. is gonna be above average (7 1/2 - 8)
And that damn Curtis album is gonna be trash, 50 will be lucky to move 300,000 units this time around.

BROOKLYN STAND UP!

I have all of T.I's albums and I think that "I'm Serious" is the best one. "Dope Boys", What's your Name, and "Heavy Cheavys" go too hard! I would like for him to top himself but I doubt it will happen.

TI AINT ISH

I AM THE REAL KING OF THE SOUTH

SO WHAT HE WENT PLAT IN 06

I AM THE KING OF THE SOUTH

This nigga talkin bout some wack ass fabolous. Nobody listen to his garbage ass down here.

King was str8 booty. Urban LEgend and Trap music, hell even I'm serious hit harder than the commercial BS that was King.

Not a bad review Gyant too bad all your other reviews sucked and no one should take your opinion in music seriously...

I think T.I. is kinda losin his hunger, he still tight and shit but I don't think he really that passionate about it as he was at first, I mean KING and Urban legend was both nice, but I don't think he really gon top Trap Muzik, that nigga had somethin to b gettin after at the time and it just seemed like he was unstoppable with that one, but now that he knows that he is in high demand from the fans, I just don't think he put as much into it as he used to, but maybe he can prove me wrong wit this T.I. vs. TIP, but I think he is bringing this out for two reasons: 1. cause he is in high demand and 2. For the sake of the gimmick

Tip is kinda overated.his beats just be bangin.thank about it.he aint got nothin worth quotin.unlike luda,u can quote somethin from any 16 he spit..somebody help ya_boy out.quote some shit from tip so I can see if he realy hot.~six

I BET EM MURDERED DUDE ON THE TRACK

HE IS COOL..BUT HOW MANY SONGS ARE THERE WHERE HE IS THROWING HIDDEN DISSES AT LIL FLIP??? LOL
WILL HE EVER STOP THAT?

here is a verse for u to qoute nigga

I refuse to lose, I rather give these weak dudes the blues
And separate them from they jewels, teach 'em don'ts and do's
I raise tools, make crews make decisions confused
All spectators can say is, "This lil' nigga's a fool"
A short fuse with some loose screws, some unscrewed
Better prove, you niggaz pussy as the Moulan Rouge
So who guardin' who, you know who to you know what
To you know where, goin' 'gainst 'em's too unfair
'Cause everywhere you do a show he got kinfolk there
Now you know I ain't no ?, I got ten folk there
They ain't powerful as the one at the end of your prayer
Got you runnin' for your life without a minute to spare
Catch you dead to the granite, melt the grease in your hair
When I go, them boys is gonna be indecent affair
Guarantee you nah a real nigga breathin' accounted
At your funeral, just your parents and the preacher was there
Hollow, television name-dropper reachin' for help
So I ain't gotta say a word, pimp you beatin' ya'self
You gon' get what you deserve for disrespectin' the game
Any nigga with the nerve to say another man name
When that other man ain't even present
And deny it when somebody ask him about it
That nigga's a lame, you like to lie on the mic
Hide behind fame, I was a G when I came
That's the way I remain

And another one

Man Im prayin fo help
While I lookin at the life I left
Its kinda hard not to hate myself
But quiet is kept
Right or wrong its just tha way I felt
I might be better off prayin for death
On my knees I knelt,
Still tryin ta find a way ta except
That aint a way I can help nobody till I save myself
Technically Im still a slave myself
I gotta climb out tha grave myself
Man, I played myself
But when I look at all tha fans i touched
I ask how can a man whos done so much, be treated so unjust
Cause I tried to inspire tha folks
You wanna condem cause they sell dope
Well man, show em tha ropes
Be a fatha or a football coach
A role model lord asemble tha hope
Take anotha approach
Instead of testifiyin againt em in court
Handcuffin em and closin tha doe, so they can be worse than befo
Cant you see they only do what they know
And you wonder why they don care no mo
Life aint fair, I know
But why Im hated everywhere i go
Next time you wanna compare my flow just know

one more for you to sleep on

They say love blind, so why can't I picture this guhl mine?
Yea I dig her but I figure, I'm wastin this guhl time
I'm runnin from relationshipz, scared to commit
Mad at monogamy, sexually, I'm a misfit
But this shit's... way too much fo me
Usually I can take'em and make'em a cut buddy
Yo mama probably see me, and say that I'm no good
I was born in the burbs, I was raised in the hood
We from two seperate sides of life, two different backgrounds
Shawty been legit and I just started to rap now
I ain't tryina act now, I'm bein real witchu
Really, I just wanted to kick it and chill witchu
But the picture got bigger, 'fo I could even paint it
Thoughts got deeper befo' a nigga could think
A playa like me on this, strange ain't it?
One thang bout yo feelins is this, you can't change it
Yo preception on me, I don't think I can maintain
We flirtin with disaster, this game we playin iz dangerous
You the best thang that happened since I don became famous
But sometimes I think we shoulda remained strangers

Ok we got it yoh don't have to repeat ti whole album

@56ace. good shot pimpin. that first 1 was off that crunk juice wasn't it? Dat nigga waz ridin on dat1 4rill...but he still aint got nothin on ma boy luda tho.

First I'm not saying tip at a good artist but overall his albums aren't all the way through albums. He hasn't done a illmatic, ready to die, or even a blueprint. He's due for a classic album which he hasn't given yet

Ubran Legend classic his best album to date

Urban legend was not a classic, the closes thing he ever had to a classic was trap muzik(that wasn't a classic). A classic is each song is good, and the cd gives a sense of aint nothing else out right now that sounds this good

T.I. trying to do the Jay-Z drop one every summer and still sell a mill thing. Well I guess we'll see right.
