What’s good everybody?

I got that new video of Jeezy’s new rap group USDA for y’all to check out.

It’s a rough cut, which means it’s not the best digital quality but it’s still pretty decent. Of course I have issues with the song, the video and everything else USDA.

First off: This Has Nothing To Do With My Issues With The Snowman. This has to do with lyrical skill, substance, and an overall message, which this song is lacking in every sense of the word.

From the looks of the video Young Jeezy, Slick Pulla and Blood Raw are trying to be the modern day southern N.W.A. and in that lies a huge problem. As we all know Hip-Hop has changed drastically in the past few weeks. And it doesn’t seem to have been wise for Corporate Thugz Entertainment/Def Jam to get behind a song about cocaine when Hip-Hop is currently on the major defense.

Jeezy has been flying high with not one, but two successful solo albums. So maybe he feels that his name alone can bring another platinum plaque his way for his new group. But he may be mistaken as I haven’t heard this song on Atlanta radio at all and we all know that ATL radio stations ALWAYS show love for their Hip-Hop artists.

Check the video out and decide for yourself if USDA has a prominent future in the rap game.

My personal opinionâ€"they don’t have a chance in hell.
