Ryan Cameron Step Show 2007 Part I!

What’s good everybody,
So last night I attended popular Radio Personality, Ryan Cameron’s, “OL Skool Nu Skool” step show event that was held at the Civic center.
The top fraternities, and sororities came out to represent their letters to the fullest. So you know the most popular greeks like the Q-Dogs’s, Sigma’s, Alphas, Delta’s, Kappa’s, etc, were all in attendance.
Comedian Steven Brown, who had the audience rolling with his offbeat comedy skits, hosted the event.
I also compiled a few video snippets for you guys to check out. I didn’t take too much because there was a ban on video equipment. But there were some funny moments that I had to capture.

While I was there I also ran into fine ass, Traffic correspondent, Elle who could most definitely get it should she decide that she and long time boyfriend, Kobe, need to cool out for a min. (Just kidding Elle, kinda).
D4L member Fabo came out to perform for the audience. I got a chance to talk to him one on one and I got some video of Fab shouting Sohh.com out! I have some more video of the most animated member of D4L performing, but more on that later.
All in all I had a good time!

Kappas are lame as fuck!!!! I think all frats are lame except Omegas, and even some of them are square. I remember some of the Kappas even used to arch they eyebrows and shit!!! I even got into a fight with some Kappas at Market Friday in front of Spelman. This lame ass Morehouse Kappa was mad cuz I smashed his chick, so he tried to style on me with his cane when they was doin they line. I then grabbed his cane and went caveman on his ass, which led to his lame ass homies trying to jump me. I fought like 5 of them niggas off, and it was just me and my roomate from VA. After the first fight I got on the phone and called my crew. Mind you Im from Adamsville/MLK, and I went 2 Morris Brown, so Im right down the street from my hood. I was also the only nigga in my crew to go to college, so my patnas used to jump at the chance to come up to the AUC for anything. Once I called them and told them what happened, in 10 minutes I kid you not I had my crew, plus niggas from my hood I wasnt even cool with up at the AUC lookin for these lames. We found them in front of the Woodruff on Brawley, doing the same gay ass dance they was doin in front of Spelman. The rest is history, we was in cars so they didnt see us, but when we jumped down on them, they ran like roaches when you turn the lights on. The ones we caught we did ugly, REAL UGLY. If anybody on this blog was at the AUC in 2002, me and my crew were the ones who tossed buddy threw the window at Seigals. That shit was stupid, but by the grace of god the yard was thick that day, so I got away. I still see some of them niggas from time to time, fuckin lames.
I've been waiting for the second post, what happened?? Shouts out to all my White Kappa's and Omega's out there doin their thizzle. Looks like it was a good time, are there any white steppas?? If not I might round up some people and start one, i'll keep y'all updated on that one. Looks like Glenwood day is going to have big competition this year, they're throwing Marietta day on memorial day too....oh boy!.

Umm, doesn't the list of the "most popular" greeks usually look like this: Alpha, Kappas, Q's, AKAs, & Delta's...and I mean yeah to name 5 and say etc. as if there are other popular ones is funny seeing as there are only 9 D9 frats and sororities!

I heard about that I came back home with one my boys from VSU and his boy went to Morehouse. I heard that sh!t was crazy.
I enjoyed the video the event looked nice and well put together.

Thank you for making sure, with slow record sales, that rappers do not make money from talking about selling drugs, abusing women, doing drugs and killing young black men.
We look up to you Oh Lord to make everyone realize that record sales are not slow because of the internet. But rather fans have realized that 1 hit song on an 18 track album is a scam.
We thank you for starting to clean up our communities and rid them of anyone who buys into this generic beef rap culture. No one black man should kill another black man to sell records.
Thank you for showing more and more people the light so that they continue to bootleg kool aid and karaoke rappers albums. Because somebody went to jail or killed someone or is a gangbanger does not make them a rapper.
Thank you for this self correction in hiphop record sales. The talented will sell and the garbage beef violence oriented rappers will fade away.

MS LADY, I was at CLARK ATL U. from 2000-2005, did you live on campus? Stegals did have a glass window for only one year. They attempted to remodel it, but it was in vain because the school bought the lot and now there is either a new residence hall or it will be one on that corner soon. I dont remeber that particular incident, but it wouldnt suprise me, the Kappas always tried to fight and they got their ass whooped most of the time.
I was disappointed with the step show...Kappa's did not step (one does not count), A.K.A.'s did not step either! And only one group of Ques did their thing...I fee for the money spent for a family of 4 the show was not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!! over $100.00. Next time I feel as a Greek, we should be notified as to who will be in attendence and if not customers should be make away so that they can spend their money more wise...Cowboy-Q!

I think the show was well worth it. The Alphas really did their thing and represented. All Q Shows are the same and that show was no different. I think the fraternity with the "Special Mission" were the Alphas from Georgia State University. Who would have known? Their show was on point!
The Deltas did their thing too, but boy was that middle school team on point! They were good. The money I paid was worth it!!!
I actually think the Alphas from Ga State should have won. They really did represent.

Quite honestly, the Dutchtown Middle School steppers out-stepped everyone! I was disappointed that the step show started an hour late.
