Keri Hilson: The Real Deal Or What?

Ok since I butchered her name terribly in one of last weeks posts, I thought I would dedicate a post to the new up and coming Atlanta bred Keri. After years of doing her thing behind the music scene I think its time we all get to know who Keri Hilson is.
She’s been at all the Atlanta events lately. I had the pleasure of meeting her at the BET Hip-Hop Awards back in November, as well as Rich Boy’s Dolce event last week.
To call her confident is an understatement. She know’s who she is and more importantly what she wants. Keri never seems to take a step out of line, and her feet are firmly in place as she has been directly behind many hit songs from some of today’s biggest artists.
So far she has written music for Britney Spears, Xzibit, Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Ciara, The Pussycat Dolls, Avant, Ruben Studdard, B5, Diddy, Chingy, LeToya, Shawn Desman, Kelly Rowland, Lloyd Banks and many more yet to be released.
The infamous Sandra Rose put me on to this chic’s music and I want you all to share in it as well. Take the time to support an up and coming Atlanta star.
She’s the real deal, and since Monica obviously has left us hanging, it might just be Keri Hilson to give us we all want from R&B music. Did I just oversell her??

Shes gorgeous thats for sure. Lets hope Polow hasnt already locked that down, LOL. I've heard some stuff from this girl and it's got me really excited for all the R&B fans and Atl cats. Shes definitley a talent and will be a force. I think she may be the first female african american that can bring it ala Joss Stone, Ect. since the white girls have pretty much been gettin all the shine besides BeYonce. I cant say Ciara, since Im not really sure if she's even a female. Ciara is weak anyway IMO.

So she's confident and unwaivering in her convictions and commitment to music, and shes written some music for people. If you're gonna do a BIO, you could give us some background, some facts, maybe a breif summation of how her prefered music sounds or along the lines of whom it would compare. A link dosent do much for people casually reading through the post, these cats arent gonna take the time to do that. Common man, actually thought I was gonna change my name today at first. Then you just talked about seeing her at all the "industry" events and that she dosent step out of line. Damn, Gyant you let me down homie.

Yeah, she's part of The Clutch team of songwriters and producers. I think she's also either on BeatClub of Timbo's Mosley Music Group. She does most definitely have talent.
