Is it Friday yet? I donâ€™t know about you but Iâ€™m fucking tired! From the Battle of The Bands, to some events I attended over the weekend, a brutha is most def ready for some R&R.

My second Poppin or Floppin Video of the week is Crime Mobb.

For those who donâ€™t know, Crime Mob is a rap group consisting of members M.I.G., Cyco Black, Diamond, and siblings Lil Jay and Princess (ex-member Killa C is incarcerated and no longer part of the group). They are best known for their 2004 chart topping single "Knuck If You Buck", and their current single "Rock Yo Hips" from the upcoming album, Hated On Mostly (due Jan 2007). The video for "Rock Yo Hips" depicts a fictional Crime Mob College, set to resemble a historically black college. In preparation for the album they have released the mixtape "Mob Shit" hosted by DJ Scream. In the future Diamond and Princess plan on releasing an album separate from the rest of the group.

They have been dissed by an Atlanta underground rap group/gang called "Southside Mafia". The song in which they dissed Crime Mob is called "Duck When We Bust" (which was on the same beat as "Knuck If You Buck").

Former member Killa C is currently serving 4 years in prison for drug possession (cocaine & marijuana) and failing to register as a sex offender stemming from a 2000 case of child molestation involving his then 6 year old brother. Shortly after the news was made public, BME representatives announced he was no longer a member of the group. He will be featured on the group's upcoming sophomore release, Hated On Mostly, as no mention was made of removing his contributions to the album.

Wow, I aint suprised, it figures that your lame ass would go to the Battle of the Bands. I was out there to, but I didnt go inside. Me any my patnas from the bluff was on Northside & Vine sellin tickets to them folks gettin off the train. ALWAYS GETTIN MONEY!!!! Okay I been chill on the ATL as of late but I feel this must be said...Do ya'll understand how much is going on in Atlanta? It has an atmosphere for damn near every person imaginable. You want your hood spots, check. Upscale spots, check. Chill spots, check. Whatever else floats your boat, check. I just get tired of people complaining about the blog. Its a damn blog, an opinion. More than likely not yours, obviously. Ya'll want Gyant to be in every zone, on every street from Simpson to Ponce. Dang, just cause he may not hit on your favorite spot today don't mean he won't. No disrespect, but we could really do without a whole "SOHH Latino".

Whoever is in charge has GOT TO see that by now.

And at the same time, they need to understand that we need a "SOHH Spiritual" blog to highlight some of the hot gospel and christian hip hop music. To not do so is irresponsible.

I'm tellin ya, SOHH is going to be playing catch up later if they don't come on board now.

And even if they don't do an "SOHH Spiritual" to where there can be different posts on concience music, christian music, etc...they should do a "SOHH Other Stuff" type of blog where there is a time and place for any and everything else not segregated by regions.
