Outkast is THE ONLY TALENT TO COME FROM THE A.ATL IS NOT A HIP HOP CITY.They r gimmick,buble gum,punchline,tennie bobber rap.I dont even call it rap.I guess u could call it "dance rap".No talent,no lyrics,no substabce,"dance teennie bobber rap.Its really POP music with a little rap on the top.Sorry but that THE TRUTH.
