Ghostface Disses D4L On Stage

Once again my dude Ghostface (or is it still Ghostface Killah?) is paying a boatload of attention to the south. This time he isn't so quick to dish out props to the dirty. Check him out as he clowns D4L on stage during one of his shows:

Don't get me wrong now, I never was a fan of the "Laffy Taffy" cut at all but I do understand the concept behind the song and that concept was "Damn' what kind of catchy song can we do to get on?" and that's it. Why hate that? So many unsigned artists are still trying to get on with conventional hip hop and raw shit but it aint happenin', labels don't want that.

So whatever Ghost, I agree with you...that shit aint real hip hop but it is an element of hip hop just as Pickin Boogers, Bust A Move, Wild Thing, The Glamarous Life, Dick Almighty etc...had their place in the game. Were these cats spittin fire? Nope, but it is and was all part of the cement foundation that we call hip hop now.

So be easy, Ghost. You killin' me.
