Grammy Award-winning Queens producer Rockwilder has crafted hits for Redman, Method Man, Jay-Z, Janet Jackson, Erykah Badu, Busta Rhymes and Destiny's Child. In this week's 24 Hour Grind he gives his advice for aspiring producers while giving us a look at some of his favorite career moments.

Mind your Business
As a producer it's important that you learn the business aspect first. Understand you are a corporation as soon as you start doing business. Operate as if you are a business and be as serious as you need to be so you can become successful. Once you recognize it’s a business you treat it a little more seriously, it’s all about marketing yourself, selling yourself and letting the music speak for itself. Music is your business so operate like that. Once you understand it’s a business you understand how serious it is.

Greatest Moments in Rockwilder History:
When I got my first single, "You Came Up" by Big Pun.
